Its not good for the money

The location is close to where we wanted to go thats why we choose the property

We requested to change the blanket, the host said yes however that never happened. They said they will change once we left. Meaning once we checked out. With the cold weather the blanket was humido (became wet). The smell is bad as the heater was not maintained. The heater working ok until midnight then suddenly went off until the morning. We contacted the host and they came in the morning. I was with 2 kids and was really inconvenient.

The flat looks new and clean

The appearance of the surroundings but otherwise it’s a clean room/apartment. Also, consider checking that facilities are in good working condition. Part of the bath shower door fell off. Quite anxious of the window in the bathroom if it is visible outside. And the main door, not so sure if it really close.

Bad

The owner was nice and always responsive and helpful. The location is difficult to reach from the city center if you have luggage, but if you are traveling light, it is close to the metro station.

The towels and bed sheets smelled, there was no plastic trash bin to throw trash in, and we asked for plastic trash bins, but the plastic that was brought was not usable.There was no plastic in the trash bin inside the bathroom, the floor had not been cleaned and had cat hair. There was no toilet liquid and we had to ask for it. The blankets they brought us were dirty and unbearable. There was no mat for the bathroom door which made the toilet floor wet every time after taking a shower.

Pas agréable à fuir!

Un point positif : proche du métro.

Les équipements laissaient à désirés, nous avons eu 1 serviette chacun pour 3 jours. L’appartement était poussiéreux, la douche remplie de moisissures dans les joints. Ne parlons pas du bruit dans le bâtiment toute la nuit. Hors le règlement de l’appart dit de ne pas faire de bruit, cries,… Je ne vous recommande pas du tout. Sans oublier que nous devions payer 38€ de taxes et sur 50€ il m’a rendu 11,10€ et en petite monnaies d’euros mais aussi des pièce de monnaies brésilienne. Ça devait être un voyage de repos, mais ça ne l’a pas été du tout.

Pokój nie był zgodny ze zdjęciami. Musiałam zmienić hotel, oczekuję zwrotu kosztów. Własciciel twierdzi że przystałam na warunki tam panujące, jednak na ścianach był grzyb, zacieki, pościel była brudna. Nie wrócę tam nigdy więcej.

Bene la posizione e disponibilità a farmi fare il check in prima. Bene vicinanza con iperal

Doccia inutilizzabile (ci vuole del coraggio ad proporre una doccia così, un doccino costa 20€...) Dovendo lasciare le chiavi nell' appartamento, devo ancora capire ora come si debba uscire dal palazzo: se non ci fosse stato un ragazzo ad aprire il cancello con la chiave, risulta non possibile uscire dalla struttura. Assenza di shampoo, carta igienica a metà (mi sono comprato un rotolo). Assenza tappetino per il bagno. In ultimo tassa di soggiorno a 6,30€, il massimo che si può pagare (per strutture 4 stelle): questa struttura vale 1 stella

Non un gran soggiorno

Non mi è piaciuto niente, stanza sporca e maleodorante (c'era sempre della cenere di sigaretta sul tavolo), sporcizia ovunque, appartamento non pulito, ho dormito con il terrore di trovarmi zecche e pulci nel letto.

Appartamento decisamente molto sporco, non era stato pulito, finestra chiusa e odore forte di sigaretta. Dovevo soggiornare una notte sola perché il giorno seguente dovevo fare un esame, ma ho passato tutta la notte sveglio per la tensione.

Pokój w fatalnym stanie – brudna i nieświeża pościel, wszechobecny nieporządek, niesprawna lodówka oraz klimatyzacja, z której woda przeciekała na podłogę. Zgłoszone problemy właściciel zbagatelizował, odpisując jedynie, że „naprawi za tydzień”. Cały obiekt brudny i nieprzyjemny, a podejście właściciela aroganckie i lekceważące gości. Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym miejscu.

Confortable mais le ménage laisse à désirer

L’hôte était vraiment gentil, flexible et bonne communication. Confortable

Nous avons retrouvé dans les draps ce qui s’apparentait pour nous à une punaise de lit vivante. Sous le lit, beaucoup de poussière et la vaisselle était vraiment mal faite :/ Un peu loin du centre mais on le savait. Pour rentrer tard, il faut affronter les bus de nuit milanais

Séjour très agréable dans un studio sympathique et bien placé.

L'emplacement près du métro, d'un supermarché et d'un bar sympa, studio sécurisé et accès flexible en présence du propriétaire qui était très agréable et joignable. Le studio était équipé d'une tv connectée et la literie était confortable.

La vaisselle et les casseroles n'étaient pas très propres, et il y avait le stricte minimum pour cuisiner. Il faut déplacer une table pour manger dessus, une des deux plaques de cuissons ne fonctionnait pas et l'autre chauffait très peu. La lunette des toilettes n'était pas fixée.

Presenza di capelli lunghi in bagno, nonostante io li abbia corti, pavimento abbastanza sporco, elettrodomestici molto datati, addirittura ingialliti, tavoletta del wc attaccata con lo scotch, appendiabiti fatto con un manico di scopa e scotch, presente in struttura un solo asciugamano, presente solo del sapone liquidò per mani, foto che non corrispondono al 100% alla realtà, mancanza di Wi-Fi o quantomeno non segnalato dall’host
