perfect stay. All was amazing. I will come again.

The apartment is stunning and super clean, and it looks even better in reality than in the photos. You’ll have everything you need: kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, towels, soap, etc. The location is great—just a couple of minutes from the Underground station, nearby shops, restaurants, fast-food caffes. The best part of the stay was the host, Antonio. He was extremely welcoming, explained how to get to the main places of interest, even walked us to the station, and kindly allowed us to leave our bags in his garage as our flight was later in the evening. We really appreciated that!

Very well equipped, comfortable, big apartment in a secured building. It was perfectly clean when we arrived, daily stuff like tea, hand soap, and toilet paper were already prepared. 3 different duvet thicknesses provided. The host is very kind and helpful :) Around the apartment there are many cafés, bars and supermarkets. Less than 30 min by metro to the center. Very recommended, for short stays as well as long ones!

Exceptional!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful accommodation in Milan, and everything was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the attention to detail. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, close to public transport, great restaurants, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan and would definitely love to return in the future!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable — just a 7-minute walk to the metro, which takes you directly to the city center and all the main attractions. Right beside the building is San Mina, a fantastic spot for dinner (definitely reserve on weekends!), and nearby you'll find a convenience store, the excellent Santa Maria Pizza (run by the humble and talented Hanny), and a larger supermarket, Gigante, just a few blocks away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there’s an elevator, which was very convenient. The host, Antonio, was incredibly kind and helpful — from assisting with our bags and giving us directions, to sharing great restaurant tips and even taking us to the train station early in the morning (for a fee). He also provided free coffee, which was a lovely touch. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. I recommend it for the location, comfort, and Antonio's hospitality.

We encountered an issue with the water temperature in the shower — it would fluctuate between too hot and too cold. Antonio tried to fix it and was very responsive, but unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. There was also some ongoing construction in the building, which was a bit disruptive for our baby, and the bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner (a bit dusty). Overall, despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for the location, comfort, and Antonio's hospitality.

Great localisation, the apartment looks way better than on the photos. Very clean and decent. There is a fine restaurant for a cheap price and great food. Mr Antonio is very helpful and always happy to assist with any issue.

Apartamento muy espacioso; anfitrión Antonio muy servicial

El anfitrión fue muy servicial, pero tuvo un comentario que no nos gustó. Cuando dijimos que estábamos satisfechos con el uso que habíamos hecho del lavarropas durante nuestra estadía, frunció el seño y replicó al instante: "Si, la gente viene a lavar todo y yo pago". El a veces tiene un humor un poco raro, que uno no sabe bien si está haciendo un chiste o hablando en serio, especialmente cuando hablamos idiomas diferentes. Pero este comentario, muy rápido, me pareció muy auténtico. Si ofrece el plus de una lavadora, que los huéspedes apreciamos, entonces por supuesto que debe pagar el costo de energía eléctrica, como nosotros pagamos por el alojamiento. El comentario más nos molestó porque él se vende como un excelente anfitrión, pero a uno le queda la duda de si lo es auténticamente o solo actúa como tal. Pero, más allá de estas disquisiciones filosóficas, no se preocupen, porque en la práctica va a ser muy servicial.

Todo estuvo perfecto. Antonio es muy amable, se comunicó con nosotros para darnos las indicaciones y nos ofreció hacer el check-in varias horas antes. El día del check-out también se ofreció guardarnos el equipaje. Realmente es una persona muy amable y predispuesta. Con respecto al departamento está súper equipado, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadía y además es muy fácil llegar desde la estación central. Recomiendo este alojamiento y espero volver pronto ya que tiene una muy buena relación precio- calidad
