Great location, comfy and clean seamless stay!

Great location just outside the metro that takes you directly to the centre. Gated housing so feels safe. Air con was great, host was very accommodating, whenever we messaged we got a speedy reply via whatsapp. Ironing board and iron on property. We had a great stay.

The neighbours can be a little loud with footsteps/TV volume but I suppose that is the nature of the apartment building itself. Also the lift currently doesn't work.

Pleasant

Near to the subway station and has free gated parking. The owner was nice.

The bed sheets smelled and had hairs on it. The towel had blood on it. The aircon didnt cool, was only max 23 degrees and automatically turns off after sometime and you wake up in sweat. The toilette cover was broken

Cozy family apartment, very close to Milan metro

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent and he sent us videos explaining everything about how to get to the apartment. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and the pictures. We especially liked how quiet and calm the apartment building was, even in the middle of a very busy city area. We found many good restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. The metro is extremely close to the apartment and an easy and cheap way to get to downtown Milan very quickly.

Great location, just by the metro station. There were supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The place is conveniently located near the metro line M1. Good communication with the host. Everything was great. The appartment was very warm which was nice, since I was there in February.

Owner of accomodation should not sell breakfast, because there is no breakfast. Let's call it refreshment because there were watter and juice in the fridge, coffee machine and one kind of biscuits, so nothing to eat.

Estaba muy cerca del lugar al que tenía que ir, aunque si estaba retirado del centro. De todas formas, había estación de metro cerca. Realmente no es una queja, es por aportar algo.

La posizione in quanto la metro era vicinissima e il posto auto interno gratuito

La casa era in condizioni indecenti: pavimenti sporchi, capelli ovunque e persino il tavolo sudicio. È inaccettabile trovare un alloggio in queste condizioni, soprattutto considerando che la pulizia dovrebbe essere il minimo garantito. Alla mia segnalazione, l’host ha risposto che “la pulizia dipende da quanto si spende”. Una frase offensiva e irrispettosa verso chiunque prenoti tramite Booking: l’igiene non è un optional né un lusso. Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura e mi auguro che Booking prenda provvedimenti.

Posizione e pulizia OK, ma letti e facilità di accesso proprio no!

La posizione, la dimensione e la luminosità dell’appartamento. Bene la pulizia e la tranquillità della zona.

I letti, sopratutto il matrimoniale era decisamente scomodo. Troppo complessa la procedura per entrare, sembrava un’escape room ottenere il codice di accesso all’appartamento.

Posizione ottima

La struttura si trova vicinissima alla metro, alla linea che ti porta direttamente in centro. C’è l’aria condizionata, non scontato sopratutto in estate. L’appartamento è ben fornito per ogni esigenza.

Il piano della doccia è liscio e si rischia di scivolare, consiglio magari un tappetino.

Posizione strategica con Metro a due passi e servizio parcheggio super. Appartamento fornito di tutto e in zona tranquilla. Host sempre disponibile e super cortese

Leggermente da migliorare la pulizia degli ambienti.

Servizio scadente

La posizione non è male, vicino alla metro. Comodo il fatto di avere il parcheggio incluso con l'alloggio.

1) Il bagno era sporco, e nonostante la nostra segnalazione l'host non ha provveduto nè a rimborsarci parzialmente nè ad effettuare le necessarie pulizie, si è solo lamentato senza proporre alcuna soluzione al problema. 2) Per entrare ed uscire dal cortile con la macchina servono le chiavi, che però sono all'interno dell'alloggio. Quindi all'arrivo bisogna attraversare il cortile, salire, prendere le chiavi e tornare indietro per aprire il portone per accedere con l'auto; stesso discorso per la partenza dato che le chiavi devono essere lasciate in casa. Questa gestione tra chiavi per entrare dai portoni e serratura elettronica per l'appartamento (che faceva un po' i capricci) è tutto fuorchè ottimale. 3) Su booking era scritto che per il check in ci sarebbe stato l'host sul posto, invece bisogna mandare foto, aspettare che l'host si attivi per verificare i documenti e poi aspettare ancora perché tutti i cancelli sono gestiti tramite app dall'host. 4) Host non particolarmente reattivo nelle risposte: al check in ci ha fatto attendere diversi minuti nonostante lo aggiornassimo frequentemente sulla nostra posizione, e una volta segnalata la problematica del bagno sono passate diverse ore prima che rispondesse (lamentandosi e dicendo di non poter intervenire).

Gut für einen kurzen Städtetrip

Die Lage direkt an der Metro ist top. Zur Ausstattung gehörte auch Kaffeepulver, Zucker etc., sowie Shampoo, Waschmaschine, Föhn bis hin zum Nagellackentferner. Microwelle und Kaffeemaschine sind auch top. Der Abtropfschrank über dem Spülbecken ist sehr praktisch.

Leider war der Boden etwas staubig bei der Ankunft. Unser krabbelndes Baby hat den Staub leider eingesammelt. Zum Nutzen der Klimaanlage und der Waschmaschine musste man erst mit dem Vermieter schreiben, damit er dies von deinem Handy aus freischaltet. Er hat sich gut gekümmert und es hat auch geklappt. Aber es wäre angenehmer, wenn es direkt in der Wohnung wäre.

La ubicación es excelente. Tiene todo lo necesario y el anfitrión muy receptivo y amistoso. Nos guió de manera excelente en todo momento.
