Clean, but too many entry codes, and cold!

Modern studio apartment

This place is within a very secure condo. Nothing wrong with that, but 3 separate codes required to access, and with luggage not so easy to get through all of that. The apartment was not heated - or at least to 18c - pretty cold at night. No complimentary coffee, water, nothing. It wouldn’t take much? Would it?

Enormous mistake

The host was extremely rude and unhelpful upon our arrival, for which I have messages as proof that I will attach in the official report to Booking.com. I have messages because the host never answered the phone but insists on corresponding with you via Whatsapp. There are incredibly thin pillows in the apartment (they don't match the ones shown on Booking.com), we spent two very, very uncomfortable nights, almost without sleep (see photos below). On the edge of the shower there is visible moisture and a black muff, disgusting. The size of the television screen is simply unacceptable for the 21st century, but that is a subjective opinion. At the end of your stay, the host insists in the instructions that a certain sum for the city tax should be left on the table, while on the day of departure he asks for another, larger sum. As far as I know, the tourist tax should be included in the price and clearly stated as an item on the bill, so we were most likely cheated and robbed. Who pays for anything today without an invoice, especially in the tourism industry? I could go more into detail with everything but I think I have said enough. I absolutely don't recommend this place.

everything but the bed and location was perfect. the bed sheets were disgusting to be honest.

the place had everything we needed. the kitchen area and bathroom was clean and check-in was easy.

the bed wasn’t the comfiest but the biggest problem was the sheets. The sheets had stains on them and the duvet had no cover on it. we slept without it. The pillows were flat as a pancake too.

tolle Wohnung

Sehr nettes und großes Appartement. WLAN und Küche sind vorhanden, in der Nähe gibt es auch kostenlose Parkplätze. Großes und sauberes Badezimmer. Es war super dass man eigenständig mittels Schlüsselbox einchecken konnte, die Infos erhält man spätestens 24h zuvor auf WhatsApp- Internet am Anreisetag ist also notwendig

Soggiorno piacevole in appartamento curato e ben posizionato, ideale per brevi trasferte.

Ho apprezzato lo stile minimalista e la cura dei dettagli che rendono l’appartamento, seppur di dimensioni contenute, molto gradevole e accogliente. Gli ambienti erano profumati e ben organizzati, con tutto il necessario per dormire, cucinare e usufruire dei servizi. In particolare, ho apprezzato la piccola terrazza, la cucina e la posizione davvero comoda dell’appartamento.

Ci sono tre piccoli aspetti che, a mio avviso, potrebbero essere migliorati: - Scarico della doccia: non funzionava perfettamente e tendeva ad accumulare acqua, rendendo l’utilizzo un po’ scomodo. - Freezer: al nostro arrivo non era completamente pulito e presentava del ghiaccio alla base giallastro; nulla di grave, ma un’attenzione in più a questo dettaglio renderebbe l’esperienza più piacevole. - Cuscini: l’unico vero punto debole del soggiorno. Purtroppo li abbiamo trovati poco confortevoli e di qualità migliorabile. Con cuscini più comodi, il riposo notturno sarebbe decisamente all’altezza della cura generale dell’appartamento.

Struttura pulita e decorosa, non suite di lusso come il nome vorrebbe insinuare.

Dotazione di un solo cuscino a testa, molto sottile. Il diffusore della doccia, pieno di calcare, spruzza a acqua solo da alcuni buchi in modo irregolare e non si aggancia bene, per cui bisogna tenerlo manualmente. Impianto di climatizzazione rumoroso e fastidioso

Soggiorno breve

Struttura pulita, ordinata e accogliente. La struttura é situata in una posizione strategica circondata da tutti i servizi quali bar, supermercato, fermate bus ecc... Proprietario della struttura super accogliente e disponibile, ci ha anche dato la possibilità di effettuare il check in in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto facendo fronte alle nostre esigente personali. Super consigliato anche per la zona tranquilla.

Luxory Suites? Tämä asunto ei ole luksusta nähnytkään. Huoneessa oli yksi sänky, jossa yksi peitto ja kaksi tyynyä. Meitä oli kolme henkilöä, ja valitettavasti yksi sairastui. Hän otti peiton itselleen, koska hänellä oli kylmä. Minä löysin kaapista pyyhkeitä, joita käytimme peittoina, jotta meitä kahta muuta ei paleltaisi. Keittiössä ei ollut tarpeeksi välineitä. Syviä lautasia oli yksi, pikkulusikoita oli kaksi. Ei ollut saksia, ei ollut pastasiivilää, ei ollut mausteita, ei ollut sokeria, ei ollut kahvia, ei ollut leivinpaperia. Mielestäni keittiön perusvälineitä pitäisi olla enemmän. Kukaan matkustaja ei osta kahden yön vuoksi kahvipakettia tai leivinpaperia.

Für eine Nacht ok, bei zwei Nächten schon zu überlegen

Sehr gute Kommunikation am Anfang. Wir durften früher ins Apartment. Leider stimmt die Beschreibung bei Booking nicht: kein Wasserkocher ist, kein Toaster. Also, für diejenigen, die selbst sich wenigstens Frühstück vorbereiten möchten - nicht geeignet. Ein Topf war für die Induktionsherdplatten geeignet. Die Pfanne hat nicht funktioniert. Eine Pfanne war richtig verkohlt. Eigentlich hat nur eine Platte funktioniert, bei zwei Platten gleichzeitig gab es schon Probleme bei der HerdLeistung. Backofen und Gerd gleichzeitig funktionieren nicht. Wir (2 Freundinnen) hatten im Doppelbett nur eine Decke - also eher für Pärchen geeignet. Etwas zu weit von der Metrostation. Es fahren Busse, aber nicht nach Plan. Vom Wohngebiet eigentlich gut. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Man muss sich drei PIN Codes merken oder aufschreiben: vom Keylock, von der Eingangstür, von der Zwischentür. Wenn an einem Abend Akku im Handy leer ist, kommt man trotz Schlüssel nicht rein! Hohe Decken, Balkon, einfache Einrichtung im Bad, trotz einer schönen Größe eine Mini-Dusche. Lüftung war laut. Leider hat am letzten Tag der Aufzug nicht funktioniert ;( wir mussten die Koffer vom 3. Stock runter tragen.

Secondo pernottamento (primo lo scorso 29-02-24) oramai è il mio B&B quando sono a MILANO !

Dalla posizione del B&B (VICINO AUTOSTRADE ) alla struttura . La sera puoi cenare li vicino al pub "La Baracca " e al mattino prendere un ottimo caffè e colazione al bar sotto la struttura

Rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile ma poco accogliente

La posizione era quella che cercavamo quindi ok, il vicinato si è dimostrato gentile agevolandoci l’ingresso al cancello. Accanto c’è un parco e un bar molto carino.

Stanza poco accogliente, nessun oggetto colorato, solo cartelli di divieti e istruzioni appesi alla cucina e alle porte, nessuna tenda per coprire la vista al vicinato. Entrando abbiamo trovato finestre e serrande chiuse e c’era un cattivo odore in casa (forse causa esterna) ma nessuno ci ha accolto di persona e quindi l’arrivo non è stato dei migliori.

Esperienza non accettabile in Italia nel 2023

Il monolocale è di fattura recentissima, arredato in modo minimalista e con una cucina di fattura moderna ma male attrezzata. Buona posizione , tranquillità notturna.

Classico esempio di incuria totale. Attrezzatura pessima a cominciare dal bidet: niente acqua per quasi totale ostruzione da calcare, doccia con perdite ovunque e silicone fortemente ammuffito e comunque inutilizzabile per mancanza del riscaldamento guasto: quattro notti al freddo senza speranza e penso che anche il prossimo malcapitato avrà le stesse esperienze. Coperta aggiuntiva imbiancata da perdite da endometriosi canina con annesso pelo. Freezer sicuramente mai sbrinato
