L'appartamento è vicino all'ospedale, a un supermercato, bar e pizzeria.
L'appartamento è nel complesso carino, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata fortemente penalizzata da gravi carenze igieniche e da una pessima insonorizzazione. Al nostro arrivo, il cestino del bagno conteneva ancora i rifiuti del precedente ospite (compresi salvaslip) e il WC presentava residui fecali. Ho subito contattato il gestore, che si è mostrato dispiaciuto, attribuendo la responsabilità alla ditta delle pulizie, ma di fatto nessuno è intervenuto per rimediare. Inoltre, l’appartamento risulta estremamente rumoroso: durante la notte si percepisce distintamente ogni rumore proveniente dagli altri appartamenti del condominio. Un soggiorno deludente, nonostante il potenziale della struttura.
