A cosy, well-located apartment with a professional host — highly recommended, especially for business trips.

The apartment was very cosy and welcoming, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. It was perfect for my business trip thanks to its proximity to the venue I was attending. The location is excellent, very close to the underground, which made getting around Milan easy. It’s also surrounded by supermarkets, bars, and public places. The host was very polite and professional.

The only downside was that the apartment felt quite warm, even with all the heaters turned off. At night I had to open the window to cool it down, although this may just be a personal preference.

Cozy budget friendly place perfect for few days

The place is at less than 5 min walk from the Sesto Rondò subway station. It’s on the 7th floor of a huge building complex so it has a little bit of a view from the little balcony. It’s clean and modern, with the bare minimum for a few days of stay. There’s no kitchen (I mean, there is a kitchen top but it’s not connected) however you have a microwave, a kettle, a small fridge, and a coffee machine that works with capsule. The owner provided enough pods for my 4 days stay, however I needed way more so I bought a small box from one of the two grocery stores just around the corner. I also bought some forks because there are some dishes but for some reason, no cutlery! No biggie, I mostly had takeaway, but still… There are some really nice restaurants in the area, I strongly recommend you Yogi, a sushi restaurant five minutes away that has some interesting flavors at a great price. What else? Wifi is fast, the shower a bit small but it works fine, the floor is laminated, and it’s really warm. I stayed the whole time with just a tshirt on in October!

The place can get a bit noisy because the walls seem to be on the thin side, but nothing a pair of plugs can’t solve. If you don’t mind the occasional impromptu concert provided by the talented neighbors, you’ll be fine (she has a great voice, though!). The sofa bed is not the most comfortable but I’ve slept for a week in the trunk of a car so, I can’t really complain. But what I can complaint about (if we could call it that) is that the door it’s kinda hard to open and close. Perhaps it should get check.

Good value for money and very good location

It is very close to Milan, 20 minutes with metro. The area has shops and a big supermarket. The flat is clean and the owner ready to help. Very good value of money.

There is no oven. The bed is actually a sofa bed.

La posizione e la cortesia con cui la responsabile/proprietaria ha cercato di risolvere i problemi.

La camera era molto piccola, i divano letto occupava quasi interamente la stanza. Praticamente era inesistente la possibilità di mangiare perché il tavolo era piccolissimo. Il divano letto assolutamente da sostituire. Il check in dovrebbe essere anticipato almeno di qualche ora perché se, si va troppo oltre nella giornata è come se si pagasse di più.

La ubicación ya que estaba muy cerca del Metro para ir al Centro. Excelente wifi . Cama comoda

La comodidad para comer. Hay dos banquetas inestables y un poco incomodas. los utensillos de cocina son básicos.

Nahe einer Metro-Station, gute Küchensusstattung, Teebeutel, Kaffeemaschine, ausreichend Handtücher. Das Appartement ist im 7. Stock eines 12 stöckigen Wohnhauses, also weg vom Straßenlärm.

Wackelige Hocker, Balkontür läßt sich nicht schließen, Schlafcouch statt Bett. Lese- oder Stehlampe am Bett fehlt. Hellhörige Wohnung.

Na pár dní je ubytování v pohodě.

Lokalita velmi dobrá, vedle v ulici supermarket, v blízkosti kavárny, restaurace, metro pár kroků. V bytě čisté voňavé ručníky, k dispozici čaj a káva. Hostitelka velmi dobrá komunikace, dřívější čas příjezdu byl možný - velmi oceňuji.

Na rozkládacím gauči se nedalo spát, po prvním dni jsme gauč složili a dali si matraci na zem, abychom se vyspali. Ocenila bych v bytě malý sejf na doklady.
