Youth hostel of the lowest quality

No facilities but the very basic. Empty kitchen stuck in a closet, fridge that defrosted last century and so on.

"MAI PIù, MAI POI"

Aspetti positivi che non mi hanno fatto dare 1: la camera era abbastanza pulita, comoda e accogliente. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente di fronte alla struttura ed è gratuito.

La proprietaria è stata a dir poco pessima: scontrosa e decisamente molto, troppo maleducata!! Il giorno precedente al nostro arrivo purtroppo il pagamento è stato rifiutato, pertanto contatto la struttura telefonicamente per sincerarmi della situazione e comunicare che avrei saldato entro la serata del giorno stesso, ma la proprietaria insiste affinché io faccia il pagamento direttamente in struttura. Dopo averlo già indicato su booking, la signora chiede nuovamente il nostro orario di arrivo previsto e confermo nuovamente le 14:00 circa. Purtroppo, ci sono stati dei ritardi durante il viaggio e quando chiamo per avvisare del nostro arrivo (cosa che aveva chiesto lei di fare almeno 30 minuti prima) la signora si permette di alzare la voce al telefono rispondendo a tono e in modo molto maleducato per il ritardo. La conferma dell'orario di arrivo previsto è facoltativo ed indicativo considerando che la struttura indica come orario di check-in disponibile 14:00-21:00, in tale orario si dovrebbe poter arrivare senza che si creino queste situazioni alquanto spiacevoli ed imbarazzanti. Se un cliente ha bisogno di dormire in albergo magari non sta arrivando da dietro l'angolo e nel viaggio possono accadere mille variabili che causano un ritardo, a maggior ragione se la donna in questione è incinta di 8 mesi. Ovviamente non è stato possibile dare alla proprietaria alcuna spiegazione né tantomeno chiedere delucidazioni in merito al suo atteggiamento perché casualmente non si è fatta trovare per chiarire la situazione che lei stessa ha creato. Presumo che la signora si sia scaldata tanto perché non aveva ancora ricevuto il pagamento da parte nostra, ma allora io mi chiedo: se lei ha paura che le persone alla fine non si presentino (perché i disonesti sono sempre dietro l'angolo) perché mi ha permesso di pagare direttamente in struttura? E' stata una sua liberissima scelta che non dovrebbe avere conseguenze negative sul cliente. SCONSIGLIO!!!
