Close to train station, good value, responsive staff.

Easy access to train station, large bathroom, kitchenette is nice for longer stays. Responsive staff.

Despite videos and written instructions, door and gate entry and exit were challenging, but staff responded quickly.

'Urban' means 'happy to do everything via smartphone', but a nice place if you are that

The location is good, and the staff are friendly. They made big efforts to help me gain access without using a mobile phone. The flat was clean, and things in it generally worked.

The kitchen had no plates or bowls (despite lots of cutlery, cups, pots and pans). This made it hard to use. I raised the issue with staff and got no help. There are no on-site staff, and everything (check-in, city tax, access codes) is supposed to be done via one's smartphone. As I don't use a smartphone a lot of work-arounds were needed -- but the staff were helpful in providing those.

Brilliant location, facilities and guest support.

The host arranges electronic access via an app for both the building and the apartment doors. Read the instructions carefully and it is easy to use. A very well designed and functional room with a perfect kitchenette (fridge, induction cooktop with exhaust hood, microwave, coffee pod machine, crockery, cutlery and utensils). A well appointed bathroom. All designed in a coherent and stylish manner. The location is one block from major train and bus terminals (including airport express buses) and a tram. Despite this, the windows are double-glazed and block most of the traffic noise. The host is available via text messaging 09:00-21:00 and responds rapidly. This company has 20 apartments in a variety of locations around Milan. I can strongly recommend any of these properties, as I am confident that they are all equally well designed and appointed and the staff are highly supportive and accommodating.

My only issue was that the base sheet was not quite large enough to tuck in under the mattress.

Lovely apartment in Milan with excellent team

The staff were brilliant, and were able to help with small things very quickly and easily. It was very clean and everything I needed for a 2 night stay. The apartments were spacious.

I had an issue with the bed on first night, but the team were very helpful to move me to another room. It wasn't the best location for a solo woman to get into at night but I used the door code rather than the app for entry which was quick.

A decent choice for a short stay or if you need to be near the train station, but not ideal for longer stays or traveler

The bathroom was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable to use. The location is convenient — just a short walk from Milano Centrale station.

The room was too small, making it difficult to open my luggage. There was no headboard, and only a few pillows were provided, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing stay, practical and comfortable and had great access to everything you need

Great location, perfect for work trips and also leisure trips. It was very clean and neat and the hosts were really nice. Overall 10/10 worth it.

It was very near restaurants, small groceries and the main transportation which is milano centrale. It was also neat and complete. It felt very safe as the building itself is gated aa well aa good locks on thr room

O apartamento esta na zona da estacao, muito bem localizado para quem esta em viagem, tem pouco dinheiro para transporte, pois chega a pe em 10 minutos. Surprendeu pela positiva, tinha quase tudo o que precisas num apartamento, pequeno, limpo confortavel.

Estancia cómoda, piso coqueto cerca de la estación, con todo lo que puede conllevar...

La localización, al estar cerca de la estación, permite muy buena comunicación con buses/trenes y tambien con puntos de encuentro para excursiones con Civitatis / Viator etc. En el apartamento hay microondas, nevera, cafetera, el baño está equipado y la iluminación es muy buena. La comunicación con el anfitrión es fluida, te contactan previo a la llegada, enviando toda la información necesaria y están pendientes del bienestar del huésped.

La localización no es ideal para una mujer viajando sola, por lo que el sistema de apertura del portal (código desde el movil y localización del telefonillo lejos de la puerta) creo que no es el adecuado, quizás se beneficiarían más de uso de llaves o algún otro tipo de apertura. El piso es coqueto, se oferta para 2 personas, pero es pequeño. La cama y las almohadas son algo duras. No hay buena comunicación con el sitio donde se va a desayunar, los empleados desconocían que hay un convenio con el apartamento (aunque luego la oferta de desayuno es buenísima).

piccolo ma essenziale, ho avuto tutto cio che mi serviva a disposizione per passare 4 giorni in comodità.

La tassa di soggiorno a 9,5 euro al giorno, ma non è colpa dell'albergo ma dell'Amministrazione Milanese che per questo evento Milano Cortina si è impazzito, quindi 4 giorni mi sono costati 38 euro in più solo di tassa di soggiorno, che assurdo!!

Él alojamiento después de un viaje super largo en avión y Liegi tren , llegué dejé mis cosas volvi a la noche y la habitación estaba helada no andaba la calefacion central y menos tenia agua caliente para bañarme menos mal que estaba un amigo en el mismo edificio y me fui a bañar a su habitación, cuando le escribí a la propietaria me dijo que no podían hacer nada hasta el día siguiente y que los huéspedes anteriores no le dijeron nada, por lo tanto pagué 130 euros por una noche en vano
