Ability to wash clothes, great for trips where you are going to multiple places. Lidl nearby to buy groceries.

A lovely large apartment, within walking distance to a tram line that takes you to Duomo.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. During our stay the staff were always available to assist and make our stay more enjoyabe. There were also free breakfast treats and free coffee in the room, which was a great treat. Loved the dining recommendations in the area, in particular a pizzeria where we ate both nights.

A wonderful stay honestly. One of my best stays thus far. It quickly started feeling like a home and we were rather sad

The property was absolutely stunning. From comfort to cleanliness to the warm welcome of the hosts. It truly felt like a home. The hosts thought of everything - the flat was fully equipped with everything one could need. If I go to Milan again, I wouldn’t even consider booking elsewhere.

Nice spacious appartment studio, fully equipped

I liked a room itself, it was big:) Facilities- iron, kitchen dishes, geyser and small coffee tablet machine. Liked curtains in the room with automatic clothing. Liked helpful staff. Also, a lot of small shops and supermarkets are located near the appartment, and due to tram station near by you can reach almost all places in the city.

A district where an appartment is located, unfortunately is dirty, a lot of garbage and other staff is on the streets. Also when I just came to Bovisa station, discovered that construction works are done near the train station. Maybe because of that or because of tiredness, had been lost on a way from the station to the appartment. But then fortunately, Jenny from administration called for taxi for me, thanks to her.

Great apartment, great value for money

Great apartment. Has everything you need and it was just like it's described. It's not in the city centre but public transport is just fine. Restaurant near by is great. Highly recommend going to L'immagine Bistrot

Many people say location is not the best, but it depends what you want. The purpose of our visit was a concert on Ippodromo so we looked for affordable location walking distance from that location and it was just what we wanted. On the other hand you can always use public transport or rent a bike to get around.

Would recommend, cleanly, easy to access and very good for the price.

Was kept in an extremely cleanly manner. Provided numerous clean towels and a hot shower. Was complimentary food provided in the hotel snacks etc. Was an all round general great place to stay. Staff spoke good enough english and was very helpful.

Super Clean

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and had no shortcomings. The staff was also very friendly and when I called for something, they took care of it right away. Everything was run like a hotel and I would highly recommend it to others.

If there is one thing that is lacking, it is that it does not block out the noise of cars outside and lets in cold air from outside. However, it is very cleanly maintained and professionally operated so it is not a problem.

Excellent place with very spacious rooms.

Very spacious place with lots of useful goods. Free snacks which helped a lot at night. Very clean. It is also incredibly close to an amazing bistrot called "L'immagine Bistrot" too. And thanks for the gifted wine

Reception came in about 15 min late at working hour but they also compensated by gifting a bottle of wine:)

Very nice and clean. Good location and friendly staff

We were there while there was a construction going on on the floor above us. The walls are paper thin so there was constantly a lot of noise. Also some of the neighbours were quite loud while walking down the coridors.

Almost similar to living in your own home with affordable price

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were firm and nice. There is a washing machine, drying rack and a full kitchen. Their staff, Matteo was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. He provided us with laundry detergent and answered any questions we had. It has an elevator (don’t need to carry heavy luggage up the stairs!)

Although a little further from the city centre, there are public transport around the area within walking distance. Thus, making it a small inconvenience that can be overlooked especially with the other pros that this place provide.

The host was great, he explained everything. There was a small welcome pack on arrival. The beds were comfy, it was quiet. Had a great stay.

The location was a bit further than I would have liked but there are trams, trains and buses that are easy to use and can get you where you need to be.

Nice budget option for a short stay in Milan

- Large rooms - Was welcomed on arrival with coffee and shown around our apartment and how to work everything - I found the beds very comfortable

- It was a 20 minute walk from the station to the apartment once you get off the MXP train from the airport, which was quite long with suitcases - It was quite easy to get to other areas of the city on public transport, but there wasn't much going on in the area itself

The room was really spacious and clean with two different tables, a couch, tv, cooking area, bed and ensuit. We loved the window wall as well and that you could control the heating easily. Kitchen utensils were provided for cooking which was really helpful too

The bed was just two single beds pushed together not one double bed. We thought the shower was a little small and also the hot water ran out really quickly and took a while to heat back up again. The location is a little out the way and is about a half an hour bus/tram ride to the centre but we knew this when we picked it.
