By far the best apartment I have stayed in in Europe, is on the 7th floor of a modern apartment block, is spacious, very clean and well-appointed with a nice balcony giving views over Milan. Easy to cook in kitchen as all the equipment and more was provided. Easy to get the tram and Metro into central Milan from nearby. The check in system worked easily, we were sent the code the morning of arrival. Had good communication from very friendly hosts and they left lots of complementary food and drink. Wish we had stayed here longer.
Main bed was slightly uncomfortable (not too bad). Not as close to the city centre as some places would be.

Location and air conditioning were great.

Very calm and gorgeous place. You can access to different places easily. And around you are resto and near supermarket which is a good deal.
