We were very disappointed with our stay.

Top location

Despite the amenities listed on Booking, several were missing or not as described: there was no electric kettle, no toaster, and the dishwasher was out of order, taped up with adhesive tape. Slippers were not provided, and on the second floor the bed linen had visible stains. The apartment overall was in poor condition, with plaster falling from the ceiling above the shower cabin. The photos on Booking do not reflect the current state of the property, as they were clearly taken immediately after a major renovation, while now the apartment is significantly deteriorated. Additionally, there was no ironing board available. We requested compensation, which was promised to us by the management, but unfortunately, we never received it. Please note that the same management company operates other apartments on the same street, so travelers should be aware of this when booking.

The owner of the apartment is a cool dude 😎 , he is a responsible owner. It's a great location, your 3 minutes waking to metro line. You have only , 6 stops from the central train station, 3 stops to Doma, or downtown , All I mean is the apartment location is best , you will be happy about your choice. This apartment has an elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, You have 2 bedrooms , one kitchen, and 2 toilets. and all staff that you may need is there . I will 100%recommend.

Great family stay in Milano

Andrea was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Location is in a walking distance from the major sightseeing. There were definitely plenty of beds, perfect for families with several kids. Also, it’s just around the corner from two metro stops, and many-many restaurants and bakeries in surrounding streets!

Extra double bed was less comfortable than the main one but still great and well worth the money for the location. Our girls had the best time. Facilities were fab. No issues at all. Super helpful host!

The host was very nice and helpful, he advised us where to eat and play in the area. Large apartment, ideal for a group of four friends. Very nice and safe neighborhood, about 30 minutes on foot to the center. Value for money okay.

The bathroom on the first level was very tight. It is difficult for a larger person to use a shower.

perfect host. amazing neighbourhood, close to all the action

andrea was such a helpful host. we were met from the metro by Andreas mother and dog which was lovely, they showed us where to go. the neighbourhood is so pretty and Wagner is beautiful. easy to get to the centre and easy to get to the location of the accomodation from central station we would come again

Ottima ubicazione, l’area è tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e caffè nei dintorni, ma la notte si può riposare tranquillante. L’appartamentoè sicuro e pulito.

Spazi angusti, specie nei bagni. Letti parecchio scomodi. Lavastoviglie non fissata al pannello. Uno scalino delle scale a chiocciola pericolosamente non fissato. Resti di cose rotte in giro per l’appartamento

Emplacement idéal pour 4 jours en famille pour découvrir Milan

L’emplacement est pratique à 5 min du métro M1 pour aller au Duomo Des restaurants autour et un supermarché à 5 mn également Café expresso avec 4 disettes pour le premier petit déjeuner, huile vinaigre sel a disposition également

Les équipements sont un peu vieillots à part la salle d’eau qui est neuve mais étroite. Attention aux forts gabarits ! Une bouteille d’eau au frais et un torchon dans la cuisine auraient été un plus
