Would recommend

All in all it was nice, the utilities were good, the bed was very comfortable, we had extra pilows and covers, TV is move-able to the dining area, we had welcome lotus cookies and some sticks, instructions were written nicely and the host was a nice Albanian guy, introduced himself and made sure our stay was good. The location is great, we went everywhere with the metro, and there is a very nice coffee left from the apartment, with nice coffee, staff and croissants, But All in all very good aprtment.

We had a little surprise when the cleaning lady came into our apartment by accident, the hair dryer doesn’t work the best, the kitchen elements are a little rough, the apartment is on the second floor with stairs no elevator so it was a little hard carrying all the suitcases, like the fridge closing hard, and the sound isolation from other apartments is not the best, we hear their conversations, opening the windows, the dog barking a lot etc.

A decent base for access to Milan centre.

Good communication from the property for access arrangements. Good location for Metro station. A few restaurants and shop in walking distance.

Needs a deep clean, some general TLC and better quality linen and towels. Kitchen needs more equipment- eg there was only 1 wine glass, and the bottle open was broken.

Nice and quiet apartment

The apartment was comfortable and quiet facing an inner garden. The host was very nice. We arrived to find some nice snacks on the kitchen table left for us by the host.

Kitchen not so well equipped. Overall the apartment needed better cleaning and dusting in some parts. Also a bit ran down.

Value for money stay

This is a good value for money property. Good effort from the hosts to make guests feel welcome - clean property, well decorated, good amenities. Proximity to other guests is close and sound transmits easily.

The pictures make it look bigger than it actually is (we didn’t have a separate room as shown in the picture).

Perfect place for everyone

Everything was great, professional service, cosy place. Loved it, perfect to stay for longer period aswell. Reccommemded totally. They provide everything and even more with some small breakfast. Thanks! ☺️☺️

At the early morning there was kinda noisey outside or somewhere, also the walls are kinda thin,so the mpise supression is not very good. We stayed one night so it was not a real problem, can be a one time issue, i keep it 10 star even with this. :)

Everything was great. Excellent communication to the staff, the host was very helpful. In the room you have everyrhing that you need- dishawsher, towels, plates, washing machine, iron etc, even something for breakfast.

The location was very good and the air conditioning worked great. It was a spacious apartment with good equipped kitchen. Nice touch was the welcome basket.

The bathroom had weird smell. Some of the electrical wall outlets were loose, which didn't make us feel comfortable to use them. The one in the kitchen couldn't even turn the light on under the cupboard.

Great time and great value for money, we'll be back!

We had no expectations as we were just staying a night, but everything was just so positive, the room, the pickup of access to the room, the helpfullness of Albi both with the rooms, as well as dinner suggestions nearby. We were sorry not to be able to stay longer and would definitely return. Cosy street with restaurants and cafe's nearby, AC was on when we arrived to ensure a good temp, clean and lovely with a snackbasket on the table. Just lovely place, and after a weeks travel, it wa a godsend to have a washer available :)

We liked all of it :) Will stay longer next time to explore the neighborhood.

Centraal location and close to the subway and main touristic landmarks. Apartment is spacious enough and well organised. Communication with owner was excellent.

Our apartment was located at the ground floor. Next to the apartments is a restaurant. Late at night the restaurant cleans the kitchen and disposes their glass. They throw their glass in bins which creates a lot of noise so that you actually wake up.

Lovely 5 nights in Milan, staying in great location with amenities all nearby.

The location was perfect, a minutes walk from the nearest Metro station and 10 mins on the Metro to the Duomo. Lots of nice restaurants around, especially Trattoria Caprese. Clean, safe apartment with trendy decor.

Very good property. It is very clean, comfortable and well located. However, these images can be very deceiving. Apparently they have several apartments and these are the images of all of them. When I booked I thought I was getting one apartment but I ended up having another one. Nevertheless, I recommend booking here because, like I previously said, it is very clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect. Host was very nice and very clear with instructions.

If I could turn back time I wouldn’t have stayed here

Doesn’t look like the photos. The door lock is old and doesn’t work properly so it takes forever to lock / unlock your door. The apartment feels tacky and cheap. Also the only parking near is pay parking which is 30 Euro per night.

it was perfect for both of us, had everything we needed and more and was very comfortable.

Only downside is that we never saw the host but I’m a bit old fashioned. they were VERY helpful over text and the room came with complementary snacks so that was a great bonus!
