A very perfect experience! Because we exceeded the check-in time, the company was closed and we couldn't get the key, but fortunately Michael was very enthusiastic about helping us with the online check-in, so we were able to check in smoothly. This is a hotel with very good service!

Milan - we will be back ✨

Spacious room, with everything needed for a week's stay. Close to metro, shops and restaurants. .The hosts kept updated throughout, and also offered places of interest and good restaurants. Thank you🙏

The check-in was not close to the apartment. Italian law I believe for face to face check in. But, once presented in person everything was great.

La gentilezza e professionalità di Miriam, la ragazza che ci ha accolto è l'unica cosa positiva di questo soggiorno.

L'appartamento è poco curato, muri e divani sporchi per non parlare di mozziconi lasciati sul pavimento. Sicuramente non ci tornerei

Vi augurò ispezioni dei NAS e della tributaria tutti i giorni finché campate!

Non mi è piaciuto niente.

Uno squallore raccapricciante! Fatiscente, mobilio vecchio e trascurato, ma soprattutto sporco in maniera vergognosa. Abbiamo provato a cancellare la prenotazione con largo anticipo, ovviamente non hanno accettato. All’ingresso nell’appartamento, abbiamo subito segnalato la sporcizia e chiesto che venissero a pulire, hanno risposto chiedendoci foto e non sono mai tornati a pulire. Cucina distrutta con pezzi mancanti, tende sporche e sgangherate, serrande distrutte. Uno schifo, assolutamente vergognoso!

Tout . Des photos anciennes sont présentées qui ne correspondent plus à la réalité actuelle. Des meubles en mauvais état. ,,Les clés’’ on les a récupérées à l’autre bout de la ville, en plus c’est des clés numériques, par téléphone, qu’ils auraient pu nous envoyer, mais non, on a été obligés de se déplacer avec les valises …😞 L’appartement était sale et il manquait des produits ménagers pour le ménage.

Appartement sympathique qui offre un bon rapport qualité prix. Miriam nous a beaucoup aidé et nous a indiqué de très bonne adresse pour profiter de notre voyage. Très satisfaisant dans l ensemble

Petit manque de matériel pour nettoyer l appartement. Un peu loin du métro même s il y a quelques bus.

Zona discreta, uniche cose positive avere una fermata bus e un supermercato vicino, per il resto deludente,ti fanno pagare la tassa per la pulizia quando invece una volta entrati in camera, abbiamo trovato resti di molliche a terra, pavimenti appiccicosi, pavimento bagno sporco e letto con tracce di polvere e capelli nelle lenzuola. Abbiamo avvisato lo staff della problematica ma non hanno preso provvedimenti in merito, avendo una ditta di pulizie ci siamo prontati a comprare di tasca propria i prodotti e pulire la camera cosi’ da renderla vivibile per almeno 3 giorni, mi aspettavo almeno un rimborso per le pulizie inesistenti!!

Közel volt a buszmegálló és a bolt.

Hibás koszos öreg bútorok. A megagyazott kinyitható kanapé összecsuklott alattunk így azt összecsuktuk ekkor láttuk meg hogy a kanapéra egy ágymatrac lett feltéve ami rémes állapotú. A konyhába se mikrohullámú sütő se egy vízforraló nem volt.

Avrei esteso la prenotazione per altri 7 e più giorni, ma il prezzo è raddoppiato pur avendone visualizzato un altro.
