Poor

First of all this place calls it’s self a hotel but in fact is a camping. Everything was dirty and disgusting. Receptionist who did not speak english, and made signs with his hand to understand where the ‘room’ was. Disappointing. You have to take 2 trains, 5 buses and walk 15mins to arrive there.Only thing that was cool was the ducks.

I'm Luca from Catania. I just falled in love with this amazing and magical place straight away since when I arrived in the reception. Giusy and Ghil welcomed me and my girlfriend with such a warm and beautiful smile, ready to help you and satisfy every request you have always with sweetness and a wonderful smile in their face. They gave to me the EcoSuite with the Jacuzzi which was the most beautiful, cozy and comfortable suite I ever slept in my life. The camping is full of green and a little area with a lot of animals(donkey, sheep,ducks, geese, pony and a little parrot) I highly recommend this little paradise for those people who loves to connect with nature and peaceful vibes. You are in Milan but you don't feel at all because it feels like you jump in another dimension full of peace and beauty, maybe somewhere in Indonesia or Thailand. Thank you Ghil for the wonderful experience you offered to me and my Girlfriend. We felt at Home. i It will stay in our heart forever❤️🙏 See you soon.

it looked good on the pictures.

it looked nothing like the pictures, the smell of mold was overwhelming, our clothes still smell of it, there were a lot of ants, my glass was filled with them after putting it on the table for like an hour

Superb space, hot tub was just brilliant, cozy and comfortable. Staff friendly, very happy with this booking.

Very pleasant

Everything was great for us, we just have a few suggestions. The WiFi didn’t work at all, we didn’t mind but it were supposed to have free access. There were so many mosquitoes, that is nobody’s fault, but we would have appreciated being told, and maybe offer to buy some anti-mosquitoes. It would also had being great if the staff had informed us that all the places where to buy bus tickets (the ones in the map they have) were closed in August... it took us half an hour to go around the town to find that we could buy them in a bar... All that being said, we really enjoyed our stay

we booked for 1 night 2 of their eco suite and as always(2nd time here),everything was perfect.. staff and owner were very accomadating and nice.. we'll come back absolutely..

MAI PIU, idromassaggio e riscaldamento rotti e staff totalmente incompetente

La stanza di per sé era carina, peccato che l’idromassaggio non fosse funzionante e nessuno ci aveva avvisato, quindi abbiamo passato lì la serata senza avere nulla da fare. La cosa più importante comunque è che siamo andati a febbraio e nessuno dello staff si è accorto che nemmeno il riscaldamento funzionava. Quando siamo arrivati le camere erano congelate. Lo staff era totalmente incompetente, abbiamo perso quasi due ore per cercare di far partire il condizionatore e scaldare un po’ la stanza, ma anche se era chiaramente rotto nessuno faceva nulla. Alla fine siamo riusciti a farci dare una delle altre stanze dove invece funzionava, ma ci ha comunque messo più di un’ora per scaldarsi.
