A good, well appointed apartment in a modern development, in a good location for my needs.

The all-digital process for entering the property was very effective and easy to follow. My arrival was delayed by around two hours because of the after-effects of a public transport strike in Milan, so although I arrived much later than planned, I could access the property easily. For those who need it, there is disability access to the whole site. It was clean, the kitchen was well appointed and everything I needed was there.

More hand wash soap in the bathroom would have been better.

New lean apartment with balcony.

New and super clan apartment with balcony and kitchen.

The fact there was no bed, only sofa bed. I was not surprised as I new there is only sofa bed yet i was disappointed since there is huge kitchen and some pointless wordrobs in the living room while there is a space for walk in closet and enough space for double bed and smaller sofa. That would really make a difference in than other use nice apartment. The other annoying point was 4 baricadws to eneter the apartment: 2 gates before building enurance and than apartment doors. Really too much for Milan, pretty much safe city.

Che al momento dell’arrivo, prima di poter usufruire della struttura mi è stato chiesto una cauzione , non indicata da Booking. Dicendo che dopo il soggiorno , e verificato che sia tutto in regola , mi sarebbe stato rimborsato, ma al 11- 12-2025 non mi è stato rimborsato nulla .

Buen apartamento, pero alejado del centro.

Espacioso, luminoso, bien equipado, limpio, muy nuevo. Es un buen apartamento.

Bastante lejos del centro y cuidado con abrir ventanas y puertas porque existe una pequeña acequia al lado del bloque y los mosquitos no pierden el tiempo.

Excelente lugar para turistas exigentes

Moderno, Súper Aseado, todo está nuevo, el Anfitrión muy pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto para no tener incomodidades, la comunicación vía telefónica fue muy rápida y oportuna desde el momento de iniciar nuestro viaje.
