Würde ich nicht mehr hingehen
-Nähe zum san siro stadion -Kontakt und Abwicklung mit der vermieterin
-es war sehr kalt in der Wohnung und auch nach 2 tagen kam die Temperatur nicht höher als 19 grad. -warmwasser gab es keines. Auch nach minutenlangem wasser laufen blieb es eiskalt -geruch sehr muffig in der Wohnung -keine Infos in der Wohnung über wlan, Stadtviertel, Restaurants, etc..

Eccezionale!!
Appartamento meraviglioso, siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio e non appena entrati a casa abbiamo trovato di tutto: dall’acqua al caffè! Tutto davvero molto bello, nel balcone abbiamo trovato pure sedie e tavolino per poterci rilassare. La signora Loredana è stata dolcissima e molto disponibile, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

De locatie. We wilden na onze vakantie nog twee nacht in Milaan. ‘s morgens vroeg vertrokken om op tijd door de Gotthard tunnel te rijden. Twee dagen Milaan verkend, met de tram naar het centrum is goed te doen. Bedden zijn goed.
Gehorig, buurman heeft 24 uur per dag de radio aan wat je letterlijk kunt horen. Appartement is ook erg vol en erg goedkoop ingericht, maakt op zich niet uit maar was erg lachwekkend, bij alles wat je aanraakt moet je uitkijken dat het niet uit elkaar valt.

Casa molto curata, pulita, confortevole! La signora Loredana gentilissima e la posizione perfetta, se si vuole raggiungere lo stadio a piedi (nel posto partita è qualcosa di eccezionale)!

L'appartement est propre, on a à disposition toutes les commodités, l'endroit est bien situé, bus a côté de la résidence, qui deservie les stations métro essentielles, station de métro san siro stadium à 10min de marche de l'appart et a 3min par bus
La baignoire était bouchée, mais Loredana était tres réactive et à pris les choses en mains, d'ailleurs elle est toutes ouïe pour toutes remarques suggestions ou autres, un agréable hôte

La casa è grande e la cucina aveva ogni comfort a disposizione
Mi ha chiesto il proprietario/a di pagare dei costi in più in nero. Non mi è piaciuto questo atteggiamento. Se metti delle tariffe su Booking poi devi rispettarle. Non puoi far gravare su chi soggiorna i costi della piattaforma, altrimenti su Booking non ti ci registri! Alcune cose sono rivedibili ad esempio il piano cottura decisamente vecchio. La posizione non è ottimale. È vero che ci sono i bus che portano quasi sotto la struttura ma non avere una metro vicina è un vero handicap.
