Overall, I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

We really liked being able to access the building via an app. The neighborhood felt safe, and the building itself was very quiet and charming. The apartment was exactly as pictured—comfortable bed, and fresh, clean linens and towels.

We didn’t encounter any negative aspects of the accommodation. There are just two small suggestions, but these aren’t really drawbacks: it might be helpful to have a kitchen towel or paper towels in the kitchen. The other is a small shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom, perhaps in a “hotel-style” wall dispenser. This would be handy for guests arriving late at night, like we did, who may have forgotten to bring their own—so they won’t be surprised to find only a tiny 3 cm bar of soap. But again, that’s really on us for forgetting to bring our own.

Great accommodation, well equipped and safe

Yes great location for our stay in Milan with the metro station, pizzeria and bakery in walking distance!

Climbing 3 flights of stairs with all our luggage was not fun, and the parking on the street is limited…the main doors did not open both sides so we had to squeeze through one side!

bad as hell

The hotel is terrible. 1. I booked a queen bed, but the room actually had two single beds pushed together. 2. The front gate on the first floor was broken, and the key they gave me didn’t work. As a result, I was locked outside for an hour. On the second night, the man put the key in the key box but didn’t inform me. I had to call him multiple times to find out where it was. 3. Bad attitude – when I checked in, there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. I ran out on the fourth night (I stayed for five nights). When I asked the man in charge for more, he said, “We’re not a hotel.” That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. 4. The location is also very far from the city center.

Ottima la posizione, ottimo il parcheggio interno assegnato ( anche se a pagamento 10€ al giorno). Informazioni e dettagli per gli accessi ben organizzati. Personale competente.

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato un po' di polvere in giro ( ovviamente nulla di eclatante), mancava la carta igienica 😅( abbiamo provveduto noi...) Purtroppo dagli scarichi dei lavandini e wc usciva cattivo odore... La scalinata per raggiungere il terzo piano è impegnativa in quanto stretta e sprovvista di ascensore.

Sicuramente una struttura pulita

Posizione isolata, nessuna cura dell’ospite (neanche una bottiglia d’acqua), privo di shampoo e bagnoschiuma, forniscono solo un paio di saponette di linea cortesia. Non c’è una macchinetta del caffè automatica, ma solo la moka e come non ti fanno trovare l’acqua.. figuratevi il caffè..Nessun contatto con i gestori, check-in che fai in autonomia mediante un video che ti spiega come accedere. C’è un gradino molto pericoloso quando si apre la porta dell’appartamento. Personalmente non ho gradito la completa assenza di attenzione “umana” verso gli ospiti.

Posizione comoda e appartamento ampio. Sistema automatico di registrazione ospiti e accesso all’abitazione.

Lavandino del bagno non funziona bene Tutte le notti suonano il campanello a mezzanotte e alle 5 di mattina: non si capisce chi sia!

Se uno di voi uscire dal portone bisogna portarsi a dietro le chiavi e lasciare gli altri ospiti chiusi dentro l’appartamento perché l’interruttore del portone non funziona, caffettiera non compatibile con i fornelli ad induzione dell’appartamento, microonde incastrato in un mobiletto a terra, televisore non funzionante, lavatrice inesistente, abbiamo dovuto chiedere asciugamani e non ce ne è stato fornito nemmeno uno da bidet, e viene fornito un solo cuscino per ospite quindi se siete in 3 in 2 letti matrimoniali non aspettatevi 4 cuscini perché uno se lo portano via…

Dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali per poter soggiornare e la posizione è ottima per raggiungere supermercati o beni di prima necessità .

La lavatrice un po’ datata e inoltre un po’ freddo l ambiente soprattutto ora nel periodo invernale , forse si potrebbero cambiare le impostazioni di riscaldamento dei termosifoni soprattutto di sera .

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in kleiner aber feiner Wohnung.

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns super. Es hat zwei tolle Klimaanlagen für jeden Raum.

Für uns hatten wir zu wenig Stauraum im Schlafzimmer und zu wenig Ablageflächen in der Wohnküche.
