It’s a great base to explore Milan, with a local supermarket to buy essentials less than a 5 minute walk! Regular busses to get to the metro or trams and they ran really late at night (unsure if that is just for the Olympics though)
No kettle, or washing up equipment (soap, sponge, towel) to wash up with. Was also very cold and tried to message the owner on this app and didn’t get a response

Puutteelliset varusteet tiskaamiseen. Asiakkaalta toivotaan astioiden tiskaamista, mutta kohteessa ei ollut astianpesuainetta eikä tiskiharjaa. Ostimme itse aineen.

Appartamento carino, un po’ scomodo i 3 piani su scale strette da fare a piedi
Termostato bloccato a 19 gradi nonostante le segnalazioni e le temperature esterne ancora molto fredde. Casa sempre gelida, il riscaldamento ci è’ stato alzato solo al quarto giorno portando la temperatura a 20.2 gradi. Servizio assistenza pessimo, la maggior parte delle volte non risponde nessuno al telefono e la persona di riferimento non è’ mai la stessa quindi le informazioni e i disservizi non vengono comunicati tra lo staff, di conseguenza il problema non vengono risolti. Abbiamo avuto il microonde non funzionante per tutta la settimana nonostante comunicazioni scritte e telefoniche
