Overall good stay minor changes and it would have been 10/10

Good Location Mostly Clean and tidy Easy to access and locate

Hot water only stayed on for a few minutes and kept randomly switching to cold water The duvet was old and dirty

I would recommend this apartament!

The apartment is new, modern, clean and has everything you need. The location it’s very good because just in front of the building you have a tram that will take you straight to the city center. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a problem with the AC but the owner was very helpful and was able to fix it within a few hours. Very kind and professional.

vencida a batalha do checkin, o resto é bastante favorável

é um loft, com sofá-cama. Estranhamos quando entramos pois não achávamos o quarto...tudo muito compacto, mas funcional. o apartamento é novinho, com um excelente box auto (pago à parte) e o edifício é em frente do Tram. a cozinha é funcional, tem quase tudo para fazer uma refeição. a entrada e saída é feita com o app no celular...não foi empecilho, mas no começo é complicado

foi mais fácil abrir uma conta em um banco digital no Brasil do que fazer o checkin. Verdadeiro martírio, com tudo aquilo de tirar foto junto com documento, foto do documento, etc...facilita a vida do administrador, mas dificulta muito a do inquilino.

Tutto più che bene, solo avrei preferito un letto ad un divano letto, ma va bene ugualmente.

le aperture cancelli/porte, un po' laborioso, ma comunque efficace.

Apartament usytuowany zbyt daleko od Centrum, jednak jest tam czysto, dobrze wyposażony w niezbędne akcesoria, brakowało czajnika.

Nie podobało mi się otwieranie drzwi za pomocą telefonu.

اللي يحس انه يكرهه نفسه يسكن فيها. الدخول لها صعب والخروج صعب والحياة كلها صعبه ويطلبك تسوي تشيك ان من رابط صعب تضيف فيه كل اللي معك وفي التشيك ان دفعنا كمان ضريبه. الكراج دفعنا له فلوس وقعدنا ننتظره لين جاء يعطينا المفاتيح ووقت الخروج قلت له لا تطول بعطيك المفاتيح عشان اروح وراي رحله قال خليها على الطاوله واطلعي !!!؟؟؟؟ يعني ماقدر يشغل مخه ويستوعب اني لازم اطلع من البيت بالمفتاح كيف اخليه في الشقه واطلع. لو اني ماتصرفت بنفسي وكلمت عامله النظافه وخليتها تلحقني غصب عشان تاخذ مني المفاتيح كان راحت علي الرحله

Lage(direkt neben Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Lebensmittelmöglichkeit), Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, moderne Apartment, Aussicht aus dem Balkon.

Sehr komplizierte Check in mit verschiedene Methoden mehreren Türen und mangelhafte Informationen! Die Adresse war auf Google Maps nicht korrekt! Beim Check in waren Handtücher und Kissen nur für zwei Personen gelegt, aber der Gastgeber hat schnell reagiert und die fehlende Artikel schnell geschickt

L’appartamento è una ottima posizione vicino il tram che ti porta direttamente al duomo . Ottima pulizia dell’appartamento. Attrezzato di tutto il necessario un soggiorno confortevole. Molto gentili sia per il check in che check out , hanno anche parcheggi nel condomino ottimo per come noi che abbiamo lasciato l’auto in sicurezza a prezzo conveniente. Ci torneremo sicuramente un punto di riferimento per le prossime vacanze a Milano .

Pomimo rezerwacji miejsca parkingowego okazało się że nie jest dostępne, ponieważ właściciel wynajął je komuś innemu. Możliwy darmowy parking przy ulicy, ale wolał bym zapłacić i mieć poczucie bezpieczeństwa.
