3 days in Milan!

The apartment was beautiful and so does the neighbourhood. The privacy was also appreciated and the place was very cozy. Everything is works as it should.

The connection between the train station and the aparment was kinda scary at night. The place was far away of the center so if you are a tourist you will have to take sometime to get there by train. Most of the lights works but some others doesnt.

The bath plug let water out, Shower didn't drain that well. It would have been nice to have a kettle, but we made do by boiling water in a pot .

many buts for a poor location and service

the apartment was big

the location is very bad. the room is noisy as there is a bar open until late with people shouting. the apartment didn’t have a flat pan, neither bottle opener and some stove fires where not working. it was requested to the guest to leave the dishes washed, but a clean charge was added to the price .

short & sweet

it was clean and comfortable. with a cafe opposite and a supermarket around the corner. very easy to feel comfortable. trams into the city were easy. great location for the San Siro as well. very content stay

a lot of confusion how to get into the property as the keys were hiding around the corner, luckily locals helped us! but apart from that, no faults in this place. we’re very happy with the apartment. and no Wi-Fi.

A very Disappointing experience to end a long day.

The House was very well kept.

No hot water (or even luke warm water). After a 9h drive wanted a hot shower. Very disappointing, tried again in the morning, ran the taps for a long time but freezing cold. No wifi despite it being advertised.

For a 4-day stay, it was everything we expected.

- The balcony is awesome if you're a smoker - Kitchen had enough cutlery, plates and most things I could wish for. - A lot of storage space, lots of coat hangers etc - Generally a lot of household items, including detergent for the washing machine - Really nice and soft pillows on the bed, also the blankets were really nice - Quiet location after 11pm - Air conditioning worked nicely for the entire apartment. - Reasonably close to public transport, reasonably close to at least one supermarket

- Toilet did not have a cleaning brush - Nothing to mop water in the bathroom - Rubber mat in the bathroom would've been a nice touch - Windows were not cleaned on dust and fallen leaves - Balcony door was kind of rickety, it got locked and we had to fix it ourselves - Three lightbulbs went out during a 4-day stay, probably a coincidence. A fourth bulb was almost dying. - A holder for toothbrushes, toothpaste and other toiletries would have been useful

The apartment is very spacious, comfortably equipped and clean. We liked the design. Very big and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Good Wi-Fi. There's cozy cafe and bakery just in front of the building. Good connection to the city centre. Great value for money! We highly recommend this place!

Self check-in: keys were not on the described place (we arrived in the late evening). Although the person responsible for the apartment managed to deliver keys in around 40min, we received no apologies. Instructions: they send automatic messages, instead of reading and responding to emails. We suggest to improve the quality of contact and show some more hospitality to future guests.

Remodelado con mucha plata y poco criterio

A una cuadra del tranvía 14 que te lleva al centro. La zona es tranquila y tiene un supermercado a la vuelta. El baño es muy amplio.

Falta iluminación en la cocina e implementos básicos como una tabla y una cuchillo. Invirtieron mucha plata en placards, alacenas, cocina y anafe, pero no había un repasador. Con muy poco podrían mejorar mucho.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés , lakóövezetet Ben található, így nincs nagy nyüzsgés, meg zaj, biztonságos környezet, és barátságos helyiek. A lakás kényelmes volt, tágas és tiszta🤗

A konyhai felszereltség lehetne egy kicsit jobb, de mindent meg tudtunk oldani, és elég volt, a teraszra hangulatos lenne két kis szék , a nyári estékre.😊

Excelente para descansar post turismo

La cama muy cómoda y excelente para descansar luego de un día se turismo. El baño muy agradable, amplio y bonito. Cafetería, supermercado y locomoción prácticamente en la puerta!!

Tuvimos problemas con el WiFi. La conexión a la corriente no funcionaba. Nos comunicamos por teléfono y WhatsApp ya que no hablábamos el idioma pero no nos entendieron, cuando les pedimos una solución, así que se nos ocurrió utilizar uno de nuestros cargadores y prendió.

Non è per quattro persone! ...proprietari assenti

La prenotazione è stata gestita molto bene online, sia per quanto riguarda il check in, che la spiegazione sul dove trovare le chiavi per accedere all'appartamento. Abbiamo selezionato questo appartamento in prossimità di un evento a cui dovevamo partecipare e per questo, per noi, la posizione è risultata molto buona.

Sulla prenotazione c'era indicata la possibilità di prenotare per quattro persone divise in una camera da letto e su un divano letto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il divano letto chiuso. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare sia ad aprirlo, sia a prepararlo con lenzuola e guanciali. All'apertura del divano letto abbiamo trovato sul materasso due coton fioc e le lenzuola non erano molto pulite. Le dimensioni del materasso del divano letto sono di circa una piazza e mezza ed in due non ci si sta, quindi la quarta persona ha dovuto dormire sulla rimanente parte del divano. Non vedendo le lenzuola per il divano letto, o chiamato il proprietario che non mi ha risposto alla chiamata ma mi ha mandato un messaggio dicendo di non avere batteria nel telefono. Gli asciugamani erano solo per due persone e dopo aver chiesto dove fossero quelli per le rimanenti due, non mi ha più risposto (nella prenotazione indicavano lenzuola ed asciugamani). Nella mail di conferma mi sono stati inviati altri tre numeri da contattare in caso di necessità. Sebbene fossero indicati degli orari in cui poter chiamare, e noi fossimo al di fuori di quegli orari (era sabato e gli orari indicati andavano dal lunedì al venerdì), ho provato, ma in tutti c'era la segreteria. Mi hanno risposto la domenica mattina successiva alle 11.30 chiedendomi se avevamo bisogno, peccato fossimo già ben distanti dalla appartamento... il check out dovevamo farlo entro le 9.30!!! Visto che rimanevamo una sola notte e non avevamo molto tempo, ci siamo adattati alle condizioni spiegate sopra. Se non avessimo avuto tempi stretti, avrei contattato booking per farmi cambiare appartamento. L'appartamento non è adatto a quattro persone... a maggior ragione se viene prenotato per quattro e preparato per due!

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement

Rue calme et ambiance très tranquille, bar et boulangerie juste devant l'appartement, petit balcon, tout confort, on trouve le tramway à 4-5min à pieds qui mène au centre ville en 20min, prix abordable !

Un paquet de café entamé dans la placard, des restes de condiments... qui nous a servi, mais on aurait préféré quelque chose de plus propre
