Nice place, but too far from Milan and bad public transportation to access the place.

The consumer needs to be informed that the location is remote and not accessible. Walking from the Metro to the hosting area, three kilometers on an unlit street as a female, was not a pleasant or safe experience. It takes about two hours to get from the apartment to Milan's downtown. As a traveler with limited time, I was not aware of this significant loss of time. Friendly host, nice place, but terrible location if you want to be closer to the central vicinity.

The location is outside of the Milano but you have metro M2 that takes you 20 min to the center of Milano.

Clean, well equipped, great place to stay if you're visiting Milan for a concert

Chechkin and checkout were fairly simple, the rooms were well equipped, clean and comfy. In walking vincinity to the Mediolanum Forum, which was the main reason we booked this place.

The apartments look bigger in the pictures, they're quite small, but there's more than enough room for a sleepover, and that's what we needed. We also got our room changed a few hours before our arrival (we reserved room 5, but got room 3. They're similar enough, but the last minute change felt odd. Also a bit pricy for a Milano suburb, but that's to be expected taking in consideration that it's really close to Milano's main concern venue - the Mediolanum Forum.

the check in is cumbersome and beaurocratic with 15 pages !!!! online. i didn't receive a confirmation email for the second room booked on my name thankfully the emergency mobile contact responded 24.00 and let the second occupier of the second room in who he would have been without a room.

The bed is big and comfortable.

Location is very very far away from everything and the connection with center is very bad. No markets nearby, no pubs and restaurants. The entrance in Sleep in Assago is very complicated, applications for entry don't work. We are not the only with that experience. The roll on window was broken and couldn't open it . And the administrators are not cooperate. Don't want to answer on phone.

A god place for the price(the lowest in Milano) and for what it offers. A car is needed because is a little far from all

Self check-in, parking, kitchen with everything you need to cook, vending machines with drinks, snacks and coffee in the kitchen, blinds at the windows, AC, smart TV, WiFi, clean towels and sheets

The rooms wasn’t cleaned as it needed, the window was open and all the dust got from beneath the bed in the middle of the room. In the bathroom we also found some hair.

Per una notte va bene

Stanza pulita, letto e cuscini comodi, ospiti non rumorosi (la porta è molto sottile e si sentiva tutto), facilità di parcheggio (perché è in zona industriale).

La comunicazione con con i gestori. Non ho ricevuto le istruzioni del check in, e a loro posto ho ricevuto un messaggio di arrivederci. Chiamo il numero indicato e più volte mi viene chiusa la chiamata rimandandomi alla segreteria telefonica. Dopo l'ennesima chiamata (anch'essa rifiutata) vengo contattata su WhatsApp con un "'ciao chi è". Spiego la situazione e ricevo le istruzioni per entrare. La stanza ha un arredamento molto basic (i mobili non sono altro che sbarre di metallo con tavole di appoggio), in bagno non c'era dove appoggiare gli spazzolini né un bicchiere di plastica di cortesia.

Le scale per arrivare alle camere. Un altra cosa che non ho gradito sono le porte senza riferimento, un consiglio spassionato scrivete su ogni porta dove porta perché ci siamo trovati per sbaglio in una camera occupata che non era chiusa a chiave…

Buona soluzione, non ancora perfetta

Colazione sufficiente e posizione comoda da uscita della tangenziale Ovest di Assago o A7.

Si potrebbero migliorare alcuni aspetti: tavolino/scrivania che cingolava e assenza di presa elettrica vicina allo stesso. All'avanguardia per alcune soluzioni proposte (ingresso, ritiro e consegna chiavi), ma purtroppo ai due fianchi del comodo letto ho trovato solo prese USB, non adatte per ricaricare i PC. Piccoli accorgimenti che non hanno comunque inficiato il giudizio positivo sulla qualità complessiva del mio soggiorno.

la posizione sicuramente se non hai un mezzo di trasporto è scomoda, ma per chi ha il proprio mezzo è ok , non lasciatevi frenare dalla posizione , comunque una zona tranquilla

Ottimo

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura solo per una notte perché avevo un concerto ad Assago. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. La stanza era molto pulita e comoda. Dalla metro M2 (in generale dall'Unipol Forum) dista circa 30 minuti a piedi, ma ci si arriva anche con i bus 321/352 in una quindicina di minuti. Consiglio vivamente.

Ottimo

Ho soggiornato nel mese 11/2025,mi sono trovata davvero bene. Anche se è situato in una zona industriale, l’area è tranquilla, pulita e ordinata, quindi nessun problema da questo punto di vista. Gli spazi comuni sono curati e accoglienti, tutto sempre in ordine e molto comodo da utilizzare. Essendo in periodo invernale, il riscaldamento funzionava alla perfezione, rendendo il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Nel complesso è una buona struttura, ottima per chi vuole un posto pulito, tranquillo e funzionale.

L’unica nota stonata per me è stato il cuscino, un po’ troppo scomodo, ma niente che rovini l’esperienza generale.

Ok ma in zona un po' isolata

Facilità di accesso, silenzio zona, parcheggio, zona in comune fruibile con macchinetta caffè buono, dispenser acqua, bagno nuovissimo.

Zona troppo isolata ed industriale, se si è soli non è il massimo. Materasso e cuscini migliorabili, purtroppo a mezzanotte sono arrivati due ospiti molto rumorosi e non essendoci insonorizzazioni mi hanno svegliata accedendo all'area in comune e poi doccia/phone in tarda serata. Bisogna rendere più evidente che la fruizione dell'aerea comune p vietata dopo le 21:30. La macchinetta del dispenser acqua rumorosissima.

Comodo per i concerti, prezzo un po' elevato

Il self check in é molto semplice e le istruzioni ricevute molto chiare. Camera e bagno di giuste dimensioni. Tapparelle elettriche utilissime per oscurare totalmente la stanza. Area comune accogliente, ampia e attrezzata con stoviglie, forno a microonde e soprattutto dispenser per l'acqua. L'appartamento si trova a mezz'ora a piedi dall'Unipol Forum per cui facilmente raggiungibile per chi é abituato a camminare.

In camera era presente un piccolo frigorifero che però era sporco (aveva dei capelli attaccati all'interno). La doccia era munita di dispenser per il sapone che però era vuoto e c'erano solo dei piccoli campioncini e delle saponette, non molto pratici da utilizzare. Metterei inoltre un tappetino per la doccia di spugna, poiché quello presente non é adeguato e c'è il rischio di cadere. Stanza non adeguatamente insonorizzata.
