A nice apartment, well equipped, the amenities are well thought through. Good place to stay in Milan, even though the windows open to the street you can sleep in peace. It is also clean.
The host charged me 15 euros for late check-in. While there were check-in times listed in the listing, there was no mention of the fee. It should be transparent when you are booking a non-refundable rate, or any rate, what extra fees are there. Some properties have this in the listing description, then it is transparent. It is okay to charge such fees but they should never be a surprise. Also the host asked me to give him the time when I will arrive and check-in and then was 15 minutes late to that time. No biggie, it it Italy after all, but not great at 22:00 tired after a long day of travelling. He was a nice person though, and the flat is good value all things considered compared to alternatives.

Proprietario molto flessibile con gli orari e super disponibile. Appartamento ottimo e fresco, con caffè, asciugamani, stoviglie, frigo e condizionatori, in un palazzo con ascensore. Ottimo!
