Wonderful appartment with a lovely view and an amazing host

Maria was an amazing host, very hospitable and forthcoming. Waited until very late for us to arrive as well and explained everything to us late at night. Thank you! We had a great time there and really enjoyed Milan. Location is easy to reach by train. The appartment has lovely views over Milan.

Everything was great, if we had to pick one thing that could be improved, then something non-sweet for breakfast would be nice, but perhaps that is a cultural thing.

Fantastic apartment

Maria is super sweet and helpful. She received us with delicious homemade treats and offered extra blankets during our stay. The apartment is huge, very clean and functional. The kitchen and bathroom were all equipped, they were really thoughtful of all needs we could have.

Nothing to complain! I wish I had more time to talk to Maria and stay longer to enjoy the balcony view that was fantastic.

Nice property in Milan

Very generous hostess (who couldn't speak English and had brought her granddaughter to help but since we were a bit late than the scheduled time we eventually communicated via Google translate) who explained everything and even prepared some nice Tiramisu for us with good selection of food for our breakfast. The property is not far from public transport but still in a quiet residential area. Flat was spotless with a nice balcony too.

While the property has a lift, the flat was a floor above the last one with elevator access so had to carry the luggage 10-15 steps. we managed to get a parking spot right outside the flat but it could have been tricky if person who had previously parked was leaving the same time when we reached was not moving out as all the other free roadside parking spots seem taken..

We had a great experience

The host was exceptionally helpful. We were traveling by car and we were worried about leaving it on the street, so she offered to move her own car out of her garage, so that we could park there. The apartment was great, pretty large, had a terrace and everything. It seemed to be newly renovated. The host left a whole basket of snacks for us as well as water and coffee.

The location was not the most convenient, but Milano has very good public transport so we were able to go to the center quite easily. Considering our budget, this place was amazing and it exceeded our expectations

Maria was so wonderful, she brought up homemade tiramisu, was so kind and responsive to questions. The place is beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints! I will be booking with her again.

The location is perfect for Polimi campus. It is a big space with the added bonus of a terrace. There is a lift to the property and a little additional staircase. The owner is very friendly. Wifi is free and fast.

The host was a humble and gentle lady who shows exceptional hospitality. The apartment was spacious, and extremely clean and well maintained. My family and I felt really at home and really appreciated the host's gestures in assisting us promptly and her offer of homemade cakes! Really an unforgettable experience

None. If I were really picky, I would say the location is slightly far but honestly it doesn't matter much, because the host makes it up with her kind hospitality and clean apartment.

Un soggiorno confortevole in una posizione perfetta, reso ancora migliore dalla gentilezza di Maria.

La colazione era davvero ottima, varia e sempre fresca. La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere tutto a piedi e rende il soggiorno molto piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale a Maria, sempre super gentile e disponibile.

Nulla di particolarmente rilevante: forse solo qualche piccolo dettaglio della camera che potrebbe essere rinnovato, ma nulla che abbia influito sulla qualità del soggiorno. Nel complesso tutto molto positivo.

这里离milano bovisa火车站走路大约十分钟，是比较安静和安全的区域。除了火车还有大量公交与电车可达，对于采用公共交通出行的旅客非常方便。房子是一栋公寓的阁楼，设施齐全，非常宽敞，我感觉甚至能容纳四个人。房东Maria是一个善良可亲的奶奶，在我们入住时送了一些她自己做的点心。提拉米苏真的非常好吃😋

Fantástica estancia

Me gustó todo de este alojamiento: - La ubicación es fantástica, en un área residencial y tranquila muy accesible desde el aeropuerto y otras partes de la ciudad. - Maria y su nieta fueron amabilísimas. Además, María preparó un tiramisú casero que estaba realmente bueno. - Creo que es el alojamiento más limpio en el que he estado en mucho tiempo. Valoro mucho la limpieza, y este apartamento parecía nuevo de lo limpio que estaba. Además, es silencioso y eso permite dormir bien por la noche. - La cama era cómoda y las sábanas y toallas estaban limpísimas. Parecía que fuera nuevo. Lo reservé prácticamente en el último momento al haber cancelado otro que no me convencía tanto como este, y la verdad que ha sido todo un acierto. Además, es todavía mejor que en las fotos. Si vuelvo a Milán, sin ninguna duda volveré a elegir este alojamiento. ¡Muchas gracias, Maria!

Le magnifique accueil de notre hôte et le confort du logement. Par ailleurs, nous avons pu facilement trouver une place de parking dans la rue à deux pas de l’appartement. Accès facile vers le centre ville avec le tram / métro.

Dejlig rolig lejlighed med masser af plads til 4 mennesker. Gode senge (en dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenge), mange håndklæder og toiletartikler, køleskabet klar med vand og juice. Morgenmaden i lejligheden består af croissant, kiks, småkager, marmelade, smør, nutella, juice, mælk og te/kaffe, som er i lejligheden ved ankomst. Sødeste værtinde, taler italiensk, men super kommunikation igennem booking.dk. Man føler velkommen, og tilbydes hjemmelavet tiramisu. Dejlig privat altan med aftensol. Velfungerende aircondition. Gratis parkering i gaderne omkring lejligheden. 10 min gang til stor togstation, herfra 2 stop til Milano centrum. Alternativ sporvogn/letbane, som ligger 2 min fra lejligheden.

Der er elevator til 6. sal, og herfra trapper op til lejligheden. Det var ikke et problem for os, men hvis man er gangbesværet, kan det være en udfordring.

Toccata e fuga in comodità

Siamo un gruppo di 5 amici, siamo stati una notte a Milano per un concerto. Abbiamo trovato un bellissimo appartamento, con molta pulizia e ogni comodità. Super fornito di ogni necessità, gentilissima la signora Maria che ringraziamo per tutto, soprattutto per l'ottimo tiramisù che ci ha gentilmente fatto trovare in frigorifero! Purtroppo siamo potuti rimanere solo una notte, ma ci ritorneremo sicuro!

Estupendo apartamento en Milán

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Limpio y cómodo. María es una gran anfitriona (¡y su hija!). En la nevera encontrarás al llegar agua, zumos y tiramisú. Además de lo necesario para desayunar. En los alrededores encontrarás restaurantes y comercios de todo tipo. Bien comunicado para ir al centro. Alojamiento estupendo en una séptima planta a la que se accede por unas escaleras desde la planta sexta (a la que se llega por ascensor). Se duerme muy bien (sin un solo ruido). Tiene aire acondicionado con bomba de calor. Buen cuarto de baño con ducha amplia.

No hay persianas o cortinas opacas por lo que entra la luz según amanece. Hay ascensor hasta la sexta planta y se sube un tramo de escaleras. Al estar en la última planta, el apartamento será más frío en invierno y más caluroso en verano. Al tener aire acondicionado con bomba de calor, esto no es un problema.

Essere ospiti della signora Maria è un vero colpo di fortuna. È gentilissima, super accogliente. Se riuscite a prenotare questo appartamentino, non ve ne pentirete: veramente molto bello e pulito, moderno e perfetto come in foto. Il letto è comodissimo; è come trovarsi a casa propria.
