I change the property after one night there.

The area, the property was a joke.

He needs to renovate it, he needs to make repairs to have hot water, repair the windows to close, to be comfortable and not to cold in the house.

The location and exterior was good

1-The sofa it was in pretty bad condition and so dirty that was impossible to use it. 2- the blankets were not properly clean 3- in general it is necessary better cleaning. 4- not enough kitchen utensils and 5- not hot water in the shower.

First the staff ENTERED at the apartment without notifying us,(no hot water in the shower and i notified the owner.the owner said somebody will come over to checked,i told the owner to notify us what time he will arrived and replied we dont need to wait for him,i still wait for them to notify us what time do they need to come but nothing,just that night when we return to our aprtment,"still no hotwater at the Shower,i notify again the owner,but she said somebody already went there to check,I think it is not right that theY enter in that apartment without asking us first..we had a few visitor to passby at our apartment just to say hello and the owner said we cant have a visitor,bedsheet was itchy,not so comfortable,also the sofa bad was not good,kitchen utensils are incomplete..poor

Just the word: TERRIBLE

The location was great

Absolutely awful experience — avoid this place. The host didn’t speak a word of English, which made communication nearly impossible. At check-in, he gave us only the code for the apartment door — no instructions, no help — and we were left standing outside for almost two hours, unable to even get into the building. We had to wait for a stranger to let us in, which was incredibly frustrating after a long day of travel. When we finally got inside, the apartment was completely unprepared: no bed linen, no towels, no toilet paper — nothing. To make matters worse, the stove didn’t work at all. I messaged them immediately and they didn’t even bother replying. My message was left unseen. This was hands down one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and strongly warn others to avoid it.

Apparment is good for 1-2 nights if you do not want to spend much time in there.

The location was nice, quite a lot of restaurants around to have a lunch or dinner. There is a functioning air conditioning. For 1-2 nights it is suitable. I would not recommend it for more.

- The owner did not speak much English so it was quite intuitive. We communicated with Booking who was also responding in Italian so we had to use google translate to understand. - We did not get a key to the appartment. To get inside, we had to twice ring on a doorbell to wait for someone to open the door from their phone. It was quite uncomfortable to us because we had to rely on someone to always open the door. To get into an actual appartment, we got a pin-code. - The kitchen was not really equipped - we could not find any knife to cut bread etc..

Good location and value for money for 1 night maximum

Great location in the heart of Milano's Chinatown. The bedroom is large with nice beds. Balcony is a nice add but the AC unit blows the hot air in your way if you stay there.

- There is no key. You have to ring the bell on two different doors, which sends a notification to someone's phone that has to approve it to let you in. - Not the most convenient, inevitably leading to some waiting when you come back at night... - The sofa bed is not very comfortable. The curtain in the living room is basically useless at is lets in all the light from outside. - Kitchen was dusty.

Location was good, the room is clean.

We don’t have key to enter the apartment, but have to ring the owner, which is not convenient. The noise-Proof of the apartment is really bad. The neighbor is not friendly, he yelled at us when we stayed in the room.

Not perfect, not terrible

Nice location in Chinese district. The owner was awaiting us in front of the building in spite of late hour and bad weather.

The owner couldn't speak English at all, so the communication was more like intuitive thing with lots of gestivulation. We had troubles to come to the place, because it was holiday in Italy and there was almost no public transport - I asked him for help, he only wrote me message in Italian that we can take a taxi. All taxis were booked and who could speak English could help us , so we had to walk there from central station in rainy night. There weren't electric plugs for laptops.

Eu não gostei , não indico o apartamento está em situação péssima , queimado de cigarro no sofá , forro de cama sujo , água do banheiro não tem pressão suficiente para esquentar , tive que lavar meu cabelo na pia do banheiro de lavar , detalhe eles nao tem suporte nenhum nessa situação ,

A dire la verità nulla

C'era il divano con i buchi sporco con le lenzuola con formiche morte e pure minchiate puzza di chiuso lavandino che appena lo aprivi perdeva da sotto usciva tanta acqua prese rotte puzza di chiuso era tutto sporco il proprietario manco ti aiutava se gli chiedi delle informazioni si sentivano rumori e soprattutto faceva un freddo dentro l'appartamento

abbiamo soggiornato solo perchè non c'erano altre opzioni in zona a un prezzo non esoso. mediocre

la posizione è ottimale, essendo vicino a via Paolo Sarpi

Le tapparelle erano rotte pertanto ci è toccato dormire con la luce, l'acqua calda della doccia era inesistente e perdeva. non c'è l'ausilio di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone per le mani. la comunicazione con l'host è pessima, ho dovuto chiamare varie volte prima del mio arrivo per chiedere informazioni riguardo al check in dato che non ho avuto una risposta tramite la chat. tutto sommato la pulizia non era come descritta nelle recensioni, ma abbastanza pulito. l'unico punto a favore è la pozione e che non c'è rumore in quella zona e condominio. abbiamo soggiornato solo perchè non c'erano altre opzioni in zona a un prezzo non esoso. mediocre

Nulla ,siamo arrivati all orario del check in ed era tutto in disordine, le pulizie non erano state fatte ancora , birre in giro , sporcizia e tanto altro, penoso, il ragazzo che si occupava del check in telefonicamente era menefreghista e poco disposto a risolvere la situazione , come fosse tutto normale, abbiamo fatto la cancellazione seduta stante ma devono ancora accettarmela, ASPETTO ANCORA IL RIMBORSO! 107€ per una TOPAIA!

Evde çok az tabak, çatal, kaşık vardı. Kesmeyen bir bıçak. Salatamizi tavada yemek zorunda ilkel şartlarda kaldık. Yataklar rahatsız ve çok pisti. Özellikle web sitesinde kirli koltuğu göstermemişler. Fotoğraf yoktu. Sokakta buldukları pis koltuğu salona koymuşlar. Yeni bir ev kiralamayı tercih ederdim. Zamanımız yoktu. Arkadaşlarım ile kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. eve giriş bilgilerini ben telefonda öğrendim oysa mesaj olarak topluca gonderilmeliydi. Mutfak çok rahatsız ve koridorda lamba yanmıyordu.
