Traumatic

The location

In addition to the dirt on the bathroom floor and the clogged sink, we were stuck in the room at dawn because the door wouldn't open from the inside. We had to call the police to open the door because the customer service was quite rude and said that we would have to be stuck in the room until morning, which could happen a tragedy like a fire or something and we couldn't go out. After hours and calling the emergency the police were on site and unlocked our room. I do not recommend staying at this place.

Amazing: so central and so quiet. Super clean, enough space. Nothing to complain at all. The staircase is incredible.

The kitchen could be equipped a bit better.

Location. Comfort.

The AC was not working. We called for them to go fix it on Sunday night and they had nobody to send in. We completely understand but Monday they said somebody would be there. They did not send anybody until 6pm after a few calls that we had to make. The coffeemaker was not working as well as the stove barely working.

Location great. If you don’t mind sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa bed, then stay here!

Location to be honest was great! Couldn’t be any better. Minutes walk from the Duomo.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Duvet hasn’t been washed. Smelt horrible. There was an issue with the sink - someone came to fix it on the second day however. Lack of towels and linen change. The shower door doesn’t hold water in at all, goes everywhere!

Good location, we could walk everywhere. Uncomfortable bed.

The sleeping sofa is nothing to brag about. Very uncomfortable, maybe ok for children but not for two adults. We asked for later checking out but the company refused. Very bad communication. The keys were not where they were supposed to be so we had to wait until somebody comes and opens for us.

Very early check out time be prepared!

Nice apartment almost in city center, so easy to walk, was warm to stay inside.

Basically they are telling that if need to check out later so you can ask and they will tell you if you can, because it is huge minus of very early check out at 10.00, but after you ask they are telling that cleaning team will be in the apartment at 10.00 to prepare another check in at 15.00, apartment is small and I think for cleaning team id enough 4 hours to clean! It was very mean from the side of honor, especially on that day was huge rain and we just ask to give us 1-2 hours more to check out.

I liked how it was in a nice place, it’s was clean, and it was well decorated.

first of all the facility did not provide even a of water to their guess, no Coffee no n no hand book for recommendations or suggestions of places of interest but MOST of all o air conditioning and we called multiple times and the attendants which were different each time promised to send someone the next day and no one ever showed up to fix the issue being the middle of summer AC was a MUST for us and was one of the reason we booked here. since the AC experience ruined our stay we al we’re not able to sleep well and did not have an enjoyable time at the apartment. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here, at least in the summer.

Is shows in the pictures it has a bed not sofa bed ! I informed them we are two guests so there’s only one towel! So I had to request from them an extra towel and extra blanket! But they didn’t provide them!! They told we will contact the cleaners to bring them but nothing. We had business to do here and we don’t have time. We had to use only one towel!! Also, they told us to come some place far to get the keys of the apartment! They didn’t welcomed us at the property to give us the keys!

If you care about cleanliness don’t stay here

Only the location

The floor obviously wasn’t washed and there were no complimentary slippers so you can imagine how bad that is. They charge you for the initial cleaning 30 euros on top of what you pay for the booking, and then when you arrive the property isn’t cleaned properly (like the shower for instance). Furthermore they only provide you with 1 towel per person and if you ask for extra be ready to pay additional 25 euros for that, the same goes with tissues, which is okay if you are staying for a night but not if you stay 3 or more days. If you call them for anything they will be all nice and helpful on the phone but then send you an email basically telling you pay or we can’t help you. Plus they will constantly harass you with filling out a huge form with literally all of your personal details which who knows how they miss-use it later. All in all very bad experience and wouldn’t book it again.

A localização é boa.

A acomodação não possui uma cama, mas sim um sofá cama, que deixa muito a desejar em conforto. O apartamento em questão é no térreo com pouca insolação, portanto fresco. Não havia coberta ou couvet no quarto, após passar frio na primeira noite solicitei ao anfitrião, nunca foi entregue. Decidi mudar de acomodação um dia antes do previsto. Frustrante!

Que avisamos que la cafetera no funcionaba y no nos hicieron caso. No pudimos desayunar ningun dia en el apartamenro. Todo eran preguntas y no solucion. Falta tostadora

Séjour magnifique dans sa globalité hormis le problème de confort.

L’emplacement (proximité et au cœur du centre ville et de la place duomo à 5 min à pied)

Le lit canapé etait pas très confortable ainsi que les oreillers surtout après de longues journées de marche à Milan. Je propose de prévoir un lit avec un matelas confortable et plus d’oreillers pour les gens qui préfèrent des oreillers durs.

La struttura è in posizione tranquilla e centrale, vicina a parcheggi e negozi. È ben organizzata negli spazi, accogliente, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort.

مع الاسف لم يتم توفير ألحفه او بطانيات للنوم بشكل نظيف ومرتب وجلست ثلاث ايام اطلبهم ولم يوفروها لي والاكتفاء بأغطية بلاستيكية لم تكن نظيفة بشكل كامل

La localisation était vraiment top.

Très déçu, nous avions réservé une chambre avec plusieurs lit plusieurs salles de bain assez spacieux et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un studio avec un lit clic-clac. Le lave vaisselle sentait le moisi et le sol était vraiment sale , la chasse d’eau des toilettes n’était pas tiré et le lavabo complètement bouché. Le canapé clic clac était vraiment inconfortable et juste à côté de la cour avec un très mauvais isolement. Pour le prix que nous avons payé nous sommes vraiment déçu.
