Cleanliness of the apartment, easy access, quiet and secure place. Kind and helpful owner. Pedestrian walk way to the Pero Subway st only 25 minutes with the kids and no traffic. 20 minutes Subway ride to the Duomo.

Excellent host, the best I could meet!!The breakfast was really better than i expected!! Isurprised !!The house was spotlessly very clean.The area was nice, safe ,clean ,beautiful and very near to Exhibision center - walking distance just only maximun 10' ...Will visit again for sure...I highly recommend it -its the best !

Really great apartment near Fiera Milano

The Apartment is really great! In a new building, totaly renovated, everything is very clean and well done. Very comfortable and buitifully done kitchen and bathroom. There is a nice bedroom. There is really everything you need.. I really enjoyed my stay and will be happy to come back. The owner is very nice and helpful. The fridge was full of food for breakfast, this is very rare to have this kind of service in the apartments. The building is situated in a calm place, but in 10-15 minutes of walking distance to the Fiera Milano. There are good stores, pharmacy and restaurants nearbuy. I will be definitely happyme to come back!

Perfect location, nice place, attentive host, it couldn´t be better.

All perfect, the host was waiting with the keys upon my arrival. By the way, Mr. Enrico is very attentive, friendly and helpful. The Fiera Milano is about 7 minutes by foot. Near to the apartment is everything you need, in a small market besides the Pharmacy. Due to the heavy rain, the host still offered me a lift, which was very appreciated. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Fiera Milano.

Nuovo, accogliente, pulito e comodissimo alla fiera.

Struttura nuova e pulitissima in un contesto comodo e immerso nel verde. Con 10 minuti di passeggiata nel verde ci si trova in Fiera. Il titolare Enrico è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Zona tranquilla e sicura. Grazie

Manca un posto auto al coperto ma viene messo a disposizione il pass per poter parcheggiare nella zona riservata senza incorrere in sanzioni.
