We had a pleasant stay overall. Great location, free parking, and a well-equipped apartment made our visit very comfortable. The customer service was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated.

However, there were a few downsides. There was a musty smell in the bathroom, and the air conditioning only worked properly from the afternoon—in the mornings it would turn off after a short while, which was inconvenient. Also, there was a rather unnecessary warning stating that any mistake we make would be penalized, which felt a bit unwelcoming. Overall, a good place with excellent location and amenities, but with some small issues that could be improved.

Best avoided: photos do not correspond to reality and the result is overpriced

The basement apartment was cool, which was appreciated during our summer stay. It was also clean. Washing-up liquid, sponge, linen, towels, shower gel, soap & toilet paper were provided.

The impression from the owner's photographs on booking.com is that the apartment will have windows and natural light. In fact it seems there are 4 apartments at this residence, 1 on the top floor, 1 on the middle floor (which was being noisily renovated during our stay) and 2 in the basement. We were given one of the basement apartments whose little natural light came from two windows looking up at the car park. It looked nothing like the photographs posted, though was passable for our long-weekend stay. Disappointing in view of the price we'd paid. Though the name suggests a bed and breakfast, Bnbook is a company managing 100 properties. No breakfast is offered. Their staff appeared to be over-stretched and refused to show up for check-in, insisting that we submit passports and photos via their own website (and sign their particular rental contract) via a link they sent the afternoon before our arrival. When on the road with young children, finding time to do this is not easy. Both of the above could/should be made transparent on booking.com.

Home away from home

The location was amazing. Close to metro and grocery store. We felt like it was a home! Beds were comfortable. Great hosts, easy check-in!

The kitchen is missing a few things like a small knife to cut fruits. Also, the top floor is not made for people over 6ft. I had a great laugh each time my husband hit his head!!!

perfect apartment for the Fair, 100 meters far from Pero metro station,only 5 minutes to the fair and 30 minutes to Milano center.Well equipped, comfortable parking in front of the house, good new shower and beautiful terrace. the keys are inside a safe box so there is no need to wait someone on the arrival. host very kind. i'll be back for sure!

Clean house, gentle and hospitable host, close to metro station!

The host was very kind and gentle. I liked how easy it was to get the keys without waiting for anyone and waisting time. There was no kettle and iron in the apartment but the host brought it in some hours upon my request. The neighbors were also very gentle and kind. We liked the apartment. One small supermarket was nearby and there was not a variety of products. The biggest plus is that the apartment is only some steps far from the metro station "Pero" from where it's possible to get to the city center in 30 minutes. Also, the same red line going to the city center stops at Cadorna station from where it's possible to take a train and travel to Airports in Milan and actually, anywhere just by changing the metro line.

Everything was really good. We liked everything. Our stay in Bnbook Olona-Fiera was good. The only thing that caused some discomfort was that the house had no balcony and there were no windows in the bedroom. But it's about house A, the one on the ground floor. So be sure you discuss with the host which apartment of the building you want prior to your arrival.

Super lokalita, 100m od stanice metra, klidná část města. Skvělá komunikace majitele, super instrukce k ubytování se apod.. Self checkin. Dobrá vybavenost apartmánu. Soukromé parkování před domem.

Nevěděli jsme jak ovládat klimatizaci. Na nás příliš měkké postele. Hodili by se síťky do oken, byli jsme poštípaní od komárů. Skoro všechny dveře vržou při otvírání a zavírání.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko metra. Wokół sklepy i restauracje oraz park z którego często korzystałam. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone z wszystkim co niezbędne na kilkudniowy wypad. Dostępny niezbędnik na start tj. kawa, herbat, cukier, sól i produkty do prania oraz mycia naczyń. Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z Mediolanem. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Serdecznie polecam!

Alles war bestens vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Grosser Räume mit Klimaanlage. 100 Meter zur U Bahn Station und in 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Mailand. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Super Unterkunft

Ottima posizione, manutenzione carente.

Ottima la posizione vicina alla metro. Quartiere tutto sommato tranquillo. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto fronte casa. Ci sono molti parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinane. A pochi minuti a piedi un supermercato.

La pulizia era un po' da rivedere così come la dotazione della cucina. Le pentole sono troppo vecchie. I mobili non sono il massimo e la doccia perde acqua. Un po' di manutenzione generale non guasterebbe.

Ruhige Lage direkt neben der Metro-Station Pero und außerhalb der Umweltzone Area B, was die Anreise auch mit einem Euro 5-Diesel-Pkw ermöglicht. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft.

Das Bad bedarf einer Renovierung (insb. um den muffigen Geruch wegzubekommen) und für die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sollte auch eine Fernbedienung bereitgestellt werden.
