Great apartment at fair price in amazing location

I always come back to Be Mate Tivoli for their great location, prices and one bed apartment. It’s convenient, close to everything and great value for money.

There was a storm the night I stayed and the echo in the courtyard made it impossible to sleep. The insulation is pretty bad in the studio and loud voices can be heard easily. Of course weather isn’t a property’s problem but maybe keep in mind to have some earplugs with you. Other than that I’ll pick be mate Tivoli again for sure

Truly amazing Milan location and experience

I am not someone to do reviews, but honestly Be Mate was so much more than we expected. The property is exceptional and the staff friendliness and helpfulness equally. Location is great to see Milan and the sights.

Excellent stay with welcoming staff at the heart of Milan

No breakfast included which is not a problem because the location was excellent. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants and pasticcerias, markets, shops and more. The facility was very clean and served all of our needs.

No room cleaning service. After the first night in the apartment, me and my boyfriend went out to explore the city and when we returned to the room we realised it hasn't been cleaned.

Amazing place to book!

This property is near to town city. Easy access, and have a very good location. The check in process is very easy. The apartment smells good! Shower was great! The water is fast! I like it. The apartmenr is modern interior. The place is big enough for 2 people. The bed is good. Come with a terrace. Amazing! I would definitely recommend people to book this apartment.

1. Excellent location. Walking to the duomo, taxi tram stops right outside. Lovely lovely area 2.the staff is their real strength. Outstanding! We ran into an issue with the safe and they were just incredible in helping solve it 3. Great air conditioning quality 4. Well equipped comfy flat

Great place to explore Milan.

The apartment is very new with a great location in a residencial area. Just 3 minutes to Sforza Castle. It has everything you need to spend a few days exploring Milan. Very spacious and comfortable.

The hot water finishes kind of quick. So, do not wait until later in the evening to take your shower.

Everything! Location facilities bedding bathroom toilet the entire building the neighborhood and on top of everything- staff. Happy, Ana and Nicolette anll were extremely welcoming knowledgeable & helpful etc. all their tips and recommendations were right on !

This property is one of the best we have stayed at recently. It is clean, modern, in a fabulous location- if you want to

Very clean, modern, well thought out rooms, had full AC (a lot of the properties we stayed at before had AC that half worked- which we struggled with the 38 degree heat). Room was furnished beautifully, lovely little arrival kit with water, drinks and few snacks, bed is comfortable and room comes with an iron.
