Our stay at this hotel in Milan was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Duomo and within walking distance of everything — shopping, restaurants, cafés, and all the main attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and stress-free. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and quiet, which was perfect after long days walking around the city. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with directions, recommendations, and anything we needed. Their attention to detail really stood out and made the stay feel warm and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a good variety to start the day right before heading out to explore Milan. Overall, this hotel is the perfect choice for anyone visiting Milan — prime location near the Duomo, excellent service, comfort, and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be right in the heart of the city.

If your room is assigned to the first floor, it's pretty noisy as there is a breakfast room and conference room, so staff keep chatting and moving stuff around on the hallway from early morning. The TV signal is bad, you can't even watch TV properly.
