    While the location is excellent, you first have to find it and then be able to get into your suite! It's in an obscure part of the outdoor retail shopping area that leads to the Basilica. The instructions weren't clear, and when we did finally locate it, we were met with a locked door and the wrong entry instructions. A gentleman came to help us after we called a phone number on the door and left a voicemail message. After some time waiting while he was on the phone with someone, we finally received another email with the correct entry codes and instructions. By the time we got into our room, an hour had passed. Not ideal after having been travelling for over 18 hours. To top it off, we could not get the air conditioning to turn on. We tried everything, even looking up the manual online. It was a very hot and uncomfortable night. We voiced our check-in and AC issues with a lady at the reception des the neck morning as we were checking out. She went back into the room and came out claiming the AC was working, but we have no idea what she did that we didn't try ourselves. It became clear that all we were getting was an apology for the major inconveniences we encountered the previous night, so we left. The room itself was lovely, comfortable (if you don't take into consideration the AC) and clean. The location was absolutely perfect. For those reasons I would recommend staying here. Just be sure to arrive during their open hours or make certain that you have correct and complete directions, entry codes and instructions. As for the AC, good luck figuring that out.
