Nice stay in Milan!

The apartment was nice to accommodate a family of 4 with a lovely balcony looking at Corso Garibaldi. The location is very nice near the city center and also near the porta nuovo with many restaurants coffee shops and shops nearby. Pizza Duomo is almost 20 minutes walk. The area is very nice and high end.

The lift is tol small! The bathroom is small but guess both are typical in Italy!

Great location, comfortable apartment, responsive whatsapp customer service

The location is great. It's in a wonderful shopping area with fantastic restaurants everywhere. It's spacious. I shared the apartment with a friend. I slept in the bed and she was on the sofa bed - she said it was comfortable. The whatsapp customer service for Brera apartments is very good. Quick responses and very friendly.

I gave it an 8 because when we arrived it was a bit stuffy. Ideally, the apartment windows and balcony are opened for a few hours to get the smell out before a guest comes if the apartment hasn't been used for a while. We had a small issue with the water heater leaking. A quick fix solution was used for this but hopefully this is solved properly.

A great central option

I'd highly recommend this accommodation, it was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The area is great, safe and close to everything. The staff let us leave our luggage early, when we arrived, and they communicated well.

Comfortable, cosy and great location!

Fantastic location, beautiful area full of bars, cafes, restaurants and close to public transport. Comfortable apartment and perfect for a family, nice and warm for a holiday in cold December!

Shower was tiny for very tall Aussie people! And the hot water ran out far too quickly. After speaking with a local Milanese he told us this definitely shouldn't be happening in the city of Milan! Something that I probably should have told the hosts about straight away but I didn't as I just accepted that the hot water system was insufficient.

Comfortable and great location!

The location was wonderful! It was in a great neighborhood, good restaurants and bars around and close to places you would want to see in Milan. A lot of the things were in walking distance, 30mins max to major sites to see. Felt safe to walk around. Had a car parking garage nearby as well so had no problem with parking.

Great Location

The apartment was very clean and the location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants near the apartment and close the metro system when we travelled a bit further. The host was also great as i had an issue getting in the door but they answered a call straight away and solved the issue.

Amazing, highly recommend!

This was one of the best apartments we ever stayed in! I'm so happy. It really exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable, had all essential items to cook, it was very clean and host was friendly. It was also located nearby a metro and train station.

The only thing to mention is that it can be a bit noisy on Fridays as it seems that the place is located near offices and there are several bars to have an after-office drink. However, it didn't affect our sleep. In addition, we had to make a call when we arrived because the door is opened remotely. We had to use our telephone-line as the number was not added into whatsapp. I think it would be good to have a whatsapp number for people coming from another countries.

There are to much garbage bags outside the door of the apartment and its look horrible. I didnt like that so early the cleaning maid arrived when we are not ready to leave and open the door. It was so uncomfortrable. The time to check out does not work for a trip.

Location was very good. Space and temperature in the apartment was perfect without needing aircon. Nice bathroom. Apartment was clean, well organised and well equipped (e.g. ironing board).

Comfortable but the apartment is not sufficiently equipped for a short stay (no salt, pepper, oil, washing powder...) Shame to have to buy this kind of thing for a short stay. No coffee table and very small sofa for 2 people, not ideal for an evening with 2 people (impossible for 3). The apartment is very noisy - many bars and nightclubs around - shouting in the street until ~5 AM. Streetcar and traffic noise very present (even with windows closed).

Good stay with a major hiccup

the location was excellent, apartment had elevators the amenities were good apartment had a washer

the AC stopped working in the night (deal breaker in August) The night emergency line was just too casual to care if the AC was not working (it's 33-36 degree Celsius) . Didn't even offer a fan for help. The only good thing was that they got it fixed the next day. however, it ruined our sleep on the first night.

Home away from home

Definitely one of the best accommodations we have ever had. The host, Daniela, is very accommodating and kind. Very easy, almost instant check in. We were really impressed with the apartment. It had everything you need, very clean, light and airy. My back is very sensitive to any imperfections and the bed was great! We had a good sleep through all 7 nights. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Daniela and the team!

Noisy rubbish collection twice a week 4.30am to 6am (yes, 1.5hour!), but you can't avoid it in the middle of Milan and it's nothing to do with the apartment.

Well worth it

The only bummer that happened to us is that I forgot my pants on the bed and after I checked out I informed the host. They claimed that they couldn’t find anything. I am 100% sure that I left it on the bed and I am still in Italy so I could’ve got it back from them.

Superb and Exceptional

The property was in good location and easily transportation available in 2 minutes walking distance . Rooms are clean and having enough space for a small family of 3 people. Supporting staffs are really precessional and up to the point.

Well maintained apartment in a residential block in a very central location.

When we arrived early, the host moved the appointment for the handover of the keys forward. The rep for the host was very helpful in showing us the facilities in the apartment and provided advice on the neighbourhood. All of the major sights are within walking distance of the apartment. Good choice of restaurants, bars and cafés within a short distance of the apartment. Good public transport links if you need to go somewhere out of the centre of the city.

Fantastic, Would stay again.

Fantastic location, Brilliant apartment, the bit that was put out for our child (frog sponge, baby plate, baby shampoo) was a lovely touch, bluetooth speak in the room was great aswell. The key snapped in the downstairs door but had a spare and they come to remove the snapped key ASAP.

disappointed…

we booked 2 apartments for us and my elder parents. on the day of check in we got message that there is no apartment that we have ordered and we have a choice of cancel or choose apartment in another building in different location. 4h before check in!! But this was not the biggest problem! biggest problem was that it was not a 2 room Apartment as we ordered. but a studio with bed on the 2 floor. So my 70 years old parents and my toddler had a really hard time to go up and down on the steep leaders.

Great location and nice clean apartment

Fantastic location right beside the Metro and main sights. The staff were very helpful and the check out process was easy. The room was clean and spacious; highly recommend for a stay in Milan!

Waiting for someone to let us into the apartment was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very accommodating for our early arrival.
