Brera Apartments in San Marco

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan. The apartment was very nice, spacious, and in a great location. We felt very safe throughout our stay. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay there again.

Everything was great. The location is excellent, and the apartment is on the ground floor which makes it very easy to access. There is also a concierge, which is very convenient. Inside, everything you need is available – the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was just as it should be.

The property was lovely and very cosy. It was central to our needs and close to the train station and cafe and shops.

I wasn’t sure how to adjust the heating as i was a little cold. The units aren’t very sound proof. I heard the neighbour above dog running across the floor during the night and you can hear other peoples conversations in their unit.

The apartment was clean. Customer service was polite and responsive.

The booking process was confusing. The way the property is presented on Booking.com made it easy to think we were booking a different location, and the exact address was not clearly shown with a map during the selection process. The building is old, and although the apartment has been renovated, the quality of the renovation was below expectations. Some electrical outlets were not working, the microwave was very old, and the washing machine did not dry clothes properly. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the listing could be more transparent, and the apartment would benefit from better maintenance. A tip for future guests: pay close attention when selecting your apartment. The suggested options may include apartments in different locations, and the exact address is only shown in the apartment name without a map during the selection process. Don’t assume all the apartments are in the same area as the main listing—some are in different districts and may be farther from the city center than expected.
