Dont stay if you arrive non-working hour

Location, room

If you are going to check in during non-working hour, they will send you instruction how you should enter in the building. but instruction did not work in my case. I did everything they send but IT DID NOT WORK. I was standing outside the building at 12:30 AM and cant open the door. I called to contact number but noone answered. Thanks god one rendom girl opened the door to left the building, and we final enter. except that, everythig was fine. super location

Its a very good place. Clean, friendly and comfortable.

Very well located, quite and very secure. The appartment is large. You are walking distance to all the restaurants, coffee shops and only a 10 mins walk to the Cathedral and all the shops. There are is carrefour supermarket next door and many amenities only 2 mins walk. You are in a very trendy and artistic corner of milan.

My room didn’t have much shelves are drawers but we managed to find space for storing them. Kitchen towels are needed.

Don’t book Lumera Appartments Brera area Milan

Location Very Central

On arrival we had no air condition.. for the full term ie 4 nights stay and no option to change our apartment as we were told by the manager there was no air con in the whole block of apartments . This was Sept 21/24 and temps high.We had no choice but to open windows every night unto the street and subsequently were bitten by mosquitoes nightly.It ruined our holiday both having sleepless nights and by the mosquitoes .I myself once I arrived home to Ireland had to attend a medical doctor and immediately put on a lot of medication to manage my issues . Myself and my friend eventually recovered after almost one week later with bed rest. After much persistence the manager of Lumera Appts Solferino agreed to refund us one night’s cost of accommodation .It was expensive accomadation and ruined our trip to Milan .

Only its location

I was promised one of the apartments has 2 sofa bed but unfortunately non of the apartments i booked had 2 sofa beds! We had to sleep 3 in one bed!! There were bugs in the bed, hair and some blood on the sheets!! It’s completely unacceptable and the price is high i couldn’t stay the 2 nights i booked i left the next day. We had to carry our luggage ourselves through the stairs, i was disappointed my family were too

Hidden gem in the heart of Milan

Location is great. A few stops from central station and walking distance to all major areas. Apt was spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect for work or leisure.

Great stay! Location was amazing, perfect location, room size was very spacious. We will definitely come back again.

Superb location.

Location was superb, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Brera is a very cool part of Milan and there were plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and art galleries all close by. Apartment was a good size and had very good facilities. Ideal for a longer stay.

Nice and comfortable short stay.

It was a nice and comfortable stay, the shutters were incredible. The whole property was nice and modern and there was water, tea and coffee to use

Coming in there was no lift just stairs so it made it difficult to access the property with a pram and baby. The bathroom was clean but the shower wasn’t the cleanest as there were a few dirty hairs etc.

Good location, nice and clean apartment

Room was as per photos, nice and clean apartment, has the basic necessities for a short stay. Room has aircon which is a huge plus especially during hot summer days

The room is a bit dark, and no privacy if opening all the curtains and blinds. No parking on site can be very tricky and costly to park in private parking area. We parked on the road and was not aware there’s a market on Wednesday so we will expect a fine due to this unfortunately

Great place to stay in the heart of Milan!

We recently stayed at this hotel in Milan and had to extend our stay by an extra night on short notice. Paola was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to find a solution for us, which we truly appreciated. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Milan. We were able to walk everywhere, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. Also, it was wonderful that our dog was welcome to stay with us. We were happy with our stay, especially thanks to the excellent location and Paola’s helpfulness.

The entrance to the building was a bit tricky to find, and we had some trouble with the access code initially, but once inside, everything went smoothly.

Fantastic location!

Lovely modern apartment. Large TV, great air conditioning and spacious bed with a sofa bed as well. The main highlight is location! Set in the beautiful Brera neighbour with a gorgeous setting.

location was excellent. If you are interested in a busy tourist area it's perfect. It's just on the edge of the busy part of Brera.

As my wife described it, it is Ikea nice not high-end hotel nice. The shower had mold growing at the bottom of the inside of the doors. Otherwise it was clean.

Acceptable and pleasant.

The location was excellent. I wish I had a few more days there. I loved the street vibe and being able to hear the city life through an open window.

The bed was poor. You could feel the springs, and the pillows needed to be replaced badly. They were flat a pancakes. The pictures in the listing really didn't match the apartment. I think they set up a show suite but the one I was staying is was sparse and poorly decorated. Dishcloths would have been helpful. The curtains covered the air conditioner so you have to choose to be seen from the outside and have AC, or not. The shutters were great to block out the light.

Really good location with lots of bars and restaurants surrounding the accommodation. Stylish interior and the shower is excellent!

The air con was tough to use as we couldn’t change the temperature as it is centrally controlled. But they provide a fan to use which I propped up on the table and this worked perfectly.

Very nice apartments , clean cozy and very well location. The staff was helpful I guess but no one is there to check problems face to face.

There was a very loud party on the street that luckily finished at 11 pm but was really bad , full of people and loud music and the apartment was just facing the street so the noise was terrible. The staff refused to offer an alternative location saying that all was booked.

Nice room in a good area but rather loud

The staff was really nice and always available to contact. They were really helpful. The room is really big, cleaning is once during the stay. From the hotel it is easy to explore most of Milano via foot, a bakery, supermarket are close. A lot of good restarants are close and brera is a nice area in Mailand.

The area around the room is really loud. There are a lot of bars around, and especially on weekends it goes nearly the whole night. With closed windows it was rather silent. The rooms have air-conditioning but it is turned on centrally, so it was of the whole stay. The room was getting to hot if we closed the window, so we had to leave it open at night. The bathroom was ok clean but not the cleanest. And the TV system did not connect. These are all minor things, but for a pricy room like this I wanted to mention it. Overall it was still a present stay.
