Excellent location and the area felt very safe. Easy walking distance to the main Duomo area with many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. It did not feel busy, noisy or crowded though. We loved it.
Excellent space with plenty of storage and lounging area. It was nicely decorated with some cool quirky artwork. There was a fridge with soft drinks provided plus tea/coffee. Milk would have been welcome. The only downsides were was the bed was too hard and gave us backache and I think it would have benefitted from a thorough deep clean. The toilet was stained, the grout in the shower was brown and the corridor to the door had gathered fluff. It wouldn’t put us off going again but needs attention.

We reached before our check in time, and they really went out of their way to help us, took in our bags and stored it until our room was ready, extremely friendly staff, great location.
NO AC, no elevator and no reception desk. Had to drag our bags up and down, after a long flight didn't get a desk or any person when we reached at 10am, no place to freshen up as well. But atleast they stored out bags for us. And we went in May still thought summer wouldn't have hit, but ti was hot and nO AC, they did add a cooling fan but could barely cool the place.

It was quiet.
The towels did not smell fresh and the AC didn’t cool the room.

Location, room
If you are going to check in during non-working hour, they will send you instruction how you should enter in the building. but instruction did not work in my case. I did everything they send but IT DID NOT WORK.
I was standing outside the building at 12:30 AM and cant open the door. I called to contact number but noone answered.
Thanks god one rendom girl opened the door to left the building, and we final enter.
except that, everythig was fine. super location
