The location is wonderful. Wonderful. Many transportation options also. The apartment is very spacious. Just as advertised
In the middle of a lot of activity which has good and not so good qualities. As a first time visitor, I liked the location.

The location was absolutely amazing. It was very comfortable and we knew we were in the loft. Air Conditioning was excellent and necessary.

Location and air conditioning
not very good for people with mobility issues as you have to take the lift to fourth floor and then thank the stairs to the fifth. If that wasn’t bad enough the was very dangerous flooring in the fifth floor and three additional treacherous steps to the apartment. Travelling with my elderly mum who was petrified of falling.
The apartment advertised a terrace. I would not call it a terrace more a building site with one chair to sit on (would not sit out in it). The apartment itself was very basic not the cleanest.
Could not even open windows. Had to put a towel over bathroom window as it only had a net curtain.
