Excellent location

It has an excellent location.

It was very noisy. There is a major tram route going past the property that kept us up at night. We used earplugs the second night, which helped. The room was in an apartment that was broken up into rooms that are rented out. The sound insulation between the rooms is poor. We were woken up by other people coming home and understandably talking as they did. Also the bedding is problematic. The sheets are not fitted and the duvet is not in a cover. It is placed between two flat sheets. The result is you end up getting in touch with a blanked that many others will have slept in. The sheet on the mattress also moved and we woke up partly on the bare mattress - also slightly unhygienic.

Great value, very nice home, amazing location.

Amazing location next to Duomo and shopping. Easy access with elevator. This unit is a full home, with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bathroom. Very comfortable with 3 beds. The owner was very easy to work with and communication was excellent. I plan to stay here again!

Excellent choice for our weekend getaway to Milan

Well appointed , neat and clean inside a secure apartment building. The place was lovely and spacious, had more than enough room for the three of us. We woke up to an amazing and direct view of the Duomo, and the location was just perfect! It was right in the center of all the nice shops and places…parking was a 2 min walk from us which was great and the owner was very friendly and helpful with everything! I would definitely recommend staying here,

Very helpful Host. location is excellent, the apartment was v good for one person and not for two.

As mentioned above, this apartment is ideal for ne person and not for two, An oven is essential especially as many dont use a MW oven in today's world. The host can send the location with full address prior to arrival as some may not have wifi access.

The location of the property was Wonderfull, just a short walk to the Duomo. The host was genially thoughtful and allowed us to enter the property prior to the allowed time. I greatly appreciated after flying overnight from US. Very kind of him. Also, he was attentive to my messages and even sent me a video how to open the door.

The mattress was solid firm and uncomfortable, and the shower was very narrow. Even for slim people, like myself. Milan was getting ready for the Olympics and the streets were replaced. The construction began early in the morning around 6 am. I appreciated that the host researched and let us know that it should be finished by certain date. I really valued that kind of responsibility and pride. Thank you.

Location - proximity to Duomo

- Two flights of stairs to negotiate despite lift - Building door not accessible when we arrived - waited 30 mins for a random person to open door for us to get in and access key - Apartment small and very dated. Extraordinarily overpriced despite the location - Fold out bed which had been setup for kids had a big wet patch on sheets (fitted sheet at feet end).... initially thought it may have been a water bottle leaking - however top sheet and quilt dry. Not nice.

Best location that we have ever stayed in Italy and the rate was reasonable for the type of the apartment

Could not believe it was virtually next to the Duomo. What an amazing experience walking out of the apartment complex and seeing this beautiful icon. It also had an antique style lift which made it very nostalgic.

Wish there was a Nespresso coffee maker. However It wasn’t an issue as there were heaps of cafes around.

Warning!! This was our worst experience and the last private home we booked through booking.com

The location is central

HVAC wasn’t adjustable, coffee machine wasn’t clean and didn’t work, WiFi passwords didn’t work, just wanted to welcome us but didn’t come, we found many bad bugs and cockroaches! We were just glad to be out and had to wash all of our things. When we mentioned to the host, he didn’t apologize but blamed us that we left door/ window open (we did not for 10 seconds as it was record temperature…) worst experience ever!

Perfect choice for Milan

The location was absolutely fabulous a short walk to the Duomo Easy access to public transportation and hop off bus. Apartment is newly renovated very tastefully done. Large shower by European standards.

Great location but would benefit from some attention and improvement

Great location. We arrived early and were allowed to wait outside (but sheltered) whilst they were cleaning the flat which was very helpful given the rain outside!

The decoration of the property felt quite tired and there was tissue stuffed under cupboards and door where there were gaps. There was also a very large step up to the outside door which should be mentioned as this was difficult for my mum. There was a very small kitchen space which was fine for drinks but not suitable for anything else. No washing up liquid to clean or dry plates/cups. Bedside lights not charged, only 2 pillows in totally. Small things perhaps but enough to make it annoying.

Lack of instruction to arrive, air conditionning not functionnal, cleanless not on top, the door is not closing easily I couldn't lock to door, lift doens't arrive to the 5th floor, inects killed on the wall and left there, the photos on booking don't match the place,very poor quality standard but excellent location

The property is located on the rooftop and it is a bit of a struggle to carry suitcases from where the lift reaches on the 4th floor to the 5th floor. Loved the antique lift though. Gives the building loads of caracter. There is also a sight problem with cockroaches and mosquitos. Cannot leave any doors or windows open
