Location and space in the apartment.

The checkin process, no yea towels and a TV was missing its power cord. The checkin process worked, even though I completed the self checkin late, but no email was received and after several calls with no responses I was required to call Booking.com to assist. There was no tea towel provided for our stay. I understand and appreciate that Comptempra management may have not known that the TV cable was missing prior to our access, but offers to fix were not suitable during our stay and we agreed to fix once we had checked out. I’m unsure if the TV cable has been replaced. Otherwise, apart from the above issues, the apartment was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the location. The apartment is spacious and well-suited for two couples, a small group of friends, or a larger family. The interior is nice, modern and comfortable. Apart from a few minor details that could be improved, we were very happy with our stay and really enjoyed the apartment overall.

We were a bit surprised by the kitchen equipment, which felt quite limited. For example, there were no chopping boards, and generally fewer utensils than expected. In the bathrooms, some small practical details were missing, such as hooks for towels. We also missed a hairdryer, which is something most travellers usually expect. One of the bedrooms did not have bedside lamps, which made it difficult to create softer lighting for reading or relaxing in bed. In addition, there were quite limited power outlets in convenient places. The coffee machine in the kitchen was placed quite low, and it would be more practical if it could be positioned higher, possibly with an extension, to make it easier to use. Smaller things, but still noticeable.

Super Lage, in der Nähe hatte es zwei Einkaufsläden und eine Bäckerei. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 4 Personen.

Noch mehr Geschirr, da wir 4 Personen waren.

La ducha del baño 2 nunca funciono , las almohadas muy malas , 1 tolla grande para 5 días , no te dejan bolsas nada en la cocina , solo 2 capsules de la lavadora estuvimos 5 días y cuando te vas te piden te ocupes de tirar la Basura , que es complejo por los reglamentos de Italia y poner a Lavar los Platos , cuando te cobra 81 euros de limpieza y cuando haves el check in te cobra un deposito muy alto que se toman 7 días , estoy en otro apartment ahora y te dejan todo lo nesezario de la cocina y no te cobra deposito y es todo mucho más bueno y me cance de mandar mails y nunca me respondieron ni uno tube que llamar a booking
