A very comfortable stay in a central location

There were lots of towels, a coffee machine with capsules, a fridge filled with water and juice, all refilled/replaced every 2 days. Also the place is in a secure compound. The hotel is located in a very nice area, very close to nice restaurants and bakeries. There was a popular wine bar across. All in all, it was easy to meet all your needs.

Extremely clean. Paola was very attentive and responsive to our messages and inquiries during our stay! Excellent location walking distance to everything. We had a wonderful time.

Sadly the shower flooded a few times - it was not draining well. There occasionally was an off sewer type smell in the bathroom.

Lovely spacious apartment in great area.

Location in Brera district which was amongst the hustle and bustle and walk away from great restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds . Spacious for 3 . Clean bathroom

Not able to change the temperature . It was 22 degrees in the room at night which was very warm which spoilt your sleep trying to cool down. No option to change the temperature. Also the keys didn’t work in gate locks so we had to wait for people to come in the building and out for us to let us in. Not much of a view . Thin voile curtains with outdoor lighting shining through all night. Glad I had an eye mask

This apartment was a great location, very modern very comfy and the staff were very helpful throughout the stay

There was a noisy pub across the road but that can’t be helped, once the TV was on you could barely hear it! We would it difficult to get to just due to google maps sending us to a different street however the staff were very helpful with this

Really modern and clean and everything was in close proximity, staff were lovely and welcoming

Only one point. The entry into property could be improved. The instructions say get into property but you have to wait until a kind resident comes out and lets you in through the first locked gate. (We had to wait between 5-10 mins, but it could have been longer waiting out on street with luggage in the evening). Having a secure key safe beside the gate would make entry stress-free and smoother.

It was amazing. The room was spacious, comfy and modern. Very good location too.

I found 2 pieces of hair in the bathroom and there was 1 black spot on the sheet (kinda looked like a spot from machine oil but I suppose that happens with machine wash). That's the only reason I can't give 10/10. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was excellent - a walkable distance from the centre of Milan with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The amenities in the apartment were generous, and the hosts were responsive to our messages. The air con and fan were sufficient, and everything was clean. It was excellent.

No lift to the ground floor was a little tricky with big suitcases.

Beautifully styled. Incredibile location in Brera. Super gorgeous area just far enough from the hustle but close enough to walk to. Great local restaurants, bars & cool clothing stores at your doorstep. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location in Brera; comfortable bed and nice bathroom / shower. Clean and reasonably spacious. Free water in minibar. Quick and responsive communication.

- Clean, Location & a walking distance from Duomo, Galleria and surrounding with shops, restaurants and mini supermarkets. The “Air conditioning” was horrible. When I checked in I was told that it was just turned on and that it would cool off soon. 4 days later I’m still sweating. There is cold air trickling out of the unit but the fans are so weak that “high” feels like it’s barely coming out. On both units. Would have asked to fix but no one ever responded when I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi working. Then I realized why there was a fan in the corner…..

Very disappointing

We were in contact with the property, which firstly promised a check in from 15:00, but because it was a spontaneous booking, they were not ready. This should be mentioned in the booking process. We had to wait. When we finally got in, the AC wasn’t working and we had nearly 30C in our room. Although we had been speaking to them before already regarding check in timings, nobody informed us and they were not able to fix it either. When speaking to others living there, they mentioned the AC hasn’t been working for a long time. Which means completely wrongfully described in the booking. We booked an AC room. On top of that the ventilation in the bathroom sounds like a construction site.

Very small for 3 people. Very noisy (it’s a popular bar across the street and we were listening music until 2 o’clock in the morning) The gave us towels for 2 people (we were 3 adults). Very expensive for what they offered.

AC was linked to the building so we couldn’t turn it on. So with the windows open you have the nightlife noise at night and the cars in early morning. Also cleaning is very 3 days unless you request in advance to coordinate.

Не понравилось соотношение цена качество, дали другие апартаменты, не спросили что меняют на другую комнату, указали что будет завтрак Включен в букинге, по итогу никакого завтрака не было. Это ужасно

החדר היה מרווח ,נקי , ונעים. התקשורת עם המארחים הייתה מצוינת וענו לנו מהר מאוד. יש בחדר מכונת קפה ומיני בר ומעין נישה שכוללת מדפים וקולבים וזה מאוד נוח. פינקו אותנו לכבוד יום ההולדת, זה היה מאוד יפה מצידם. המיקום מעולה בצמוד לרובע בררה. סופרמרקט לא רחוק. והליכה לא ארוכה לדומו ולמקומות מרכזיים אחרים. (אם הקוד בניסה לא עובד לכם בכניסה הראשונה תתקשרו מיד לטלפון שקיבלתם והשער יפתח)
