This was our last stay in Milan, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The hosts contacted us via WhatsApp one day before our arrival, and on the same day they sent us detailed instructions on how to access the apartment. The self check-in process was a little complicated at first, but they provided helpful videos as well as detailed written instructions, which made it much easier to follow. The apartment has an electronic lock with a code. One important thing to note is that simply closing the door does not lock it automatically. You need to turn the lock manually and make sure the door is properly locked when leaving the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor, although you need to go up some stairs first and then take a small elevator to reach the apartment. The building contains apartments belonging to different owners. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen, with a sofa that can be converted into a bed. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. However, guests should be aware that laundry detergent may need to be purchased separately. There is air conditioning in the living room and the smaller bedroom, but unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the larger bedroom. The apartment itself was generally clean and comfortable, but the bed linens could have been cleaner and fresher. We noticed some hair on the bedding, and the sheets did not seem particularly new, so we decided to use our own bedding. The location is a little away from the main city center, around a 25-minute walk, but there are many nice shops and places to eat nearby, including a restaurant right in front of the building. Finally, a special thank you to Anna, who was very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. She was also flexible and kindly extended our check-out time, which we really appreciated.

Veldig sentralt i forhold til severdigheter, butikker, spisesteder og offentlig transport. Romslig og fin leilighet med aircondition som var veldig bra siden det var veldig varmt i perioden vi var i Milano. Verten var hjelpsomt både ved inn- og utsjekking.
