There's room for improvement

The location is within the ring. Though not within walking distance to the attractions, it is a tram ride away. Price is fair for Milan. Beds are not the most comfortable, but they're okay for one night. The staff is helpful. Communication is clear and quick. *I received a phone call from the owner as I was writing this review as he saw my low review score. He clearly cares about this apartment, so I'm hoping that the constructive feedback can help him improve his apartment.

This is an old building. There's a limit on how much electricity can be used at once. Only one electrical appliance that uses high electricity (eg. hair dryer, microwave, heating) can be used at once. Using two at the same time triggers a blackout. For a six people house, it doesn't quite make sense to have to coordinate the use of electrical appliances every time (this should be communicated in the listing). The kettle and coffee machines are rusty. Hand soap is only available in the main bathroom. It'll be helpful to have handsoap in the small bathroom and the kitchen too.

Nightmare scam

Location close to what we wanted.

The apartment was terrible and in desperate need of a deep clean and a full upgrade. The kettle was filthy, and there was absolutely no attention to comfort—no coat rack, no nightstands, nothing. When we highlighted these issues to the host, they said they couldn’t do anything. The “second bathroom” is actually a laundry room, the toilet flusher kept running nonstop, and there wasn’t even a shower curtain. For the amount I paid, this was completely unacceptable. I deeply regret booking this place.

It is a home away from home.

Very clean and comfortable, the towels, pillows and linens smells fresh. One would assume that the owner gives so much respect for the travellers weary of long flights because everything in the house feels home.

Es muy comodo para grupos grandes. Esta muy bien en relacion calidad precio.

El barrio de noche no es muy pintoresco. El metro no esta lejos para tampoco cerca. El lugar donde esta el departamento es un complejo que no es de lo mejor. La sensacion al llegar de noche no es muy buena. El ascensor es muy pequeño. Funcional pero no comodo. No habia cosas de limpieza. Tuvimos que solicitarlas.

Un apartament ampli, ben situat i molt còmode per gaudir de Milà en grup.

L’apartament és molt espaiós i còmode, ideal per a grups grans. La ubicació és molt bona, amb metro, supermercats i restaurants a prop. Els llits són còmodes, la cuina està molt ben equipada i la comunicació amb l’amfitrió ha estat ràpida i eficient. El piano a la sala d’estar és un detall original i diferent.

Per a estades amb molta gent, el segon bany sense dutxa pot quedar una mica just, i algun petit detall de manteniment es podria millorar.

Il bagno è da ristrutturare. Se ci si reca in auto bisogna arrivare entro le 19.30 perché si trova una zona ztl serale e notturna (dalle 19.30 alle 6:00)

Quartier relativement calme et accessible en transports en commun. Appartement sympathique.

Le cadre de cet immeuble ancien nous a beaucoup plu. Le mobilier est beau et l'appartement est sobre mais bien décoré. Il est également très spacieux, ce qui est un plus lorsqu'on est 6 personnes.

Le four n'est pas suffisamment puissant et il ne permet pas de cuire des aliments correctement. L'hôte m'a assuré qu'il allait le changer pour la prochaine fois. De plus, les ustensiles de cuisine, poêles et casseroles ne sont pas en très bon état. Les lits sont ok mais pas très confortables. Le piano est tout à fait désaccordé. Mais j’imagine que c’est impossible de garder un piano accordé dans un appartement où passent des dizaines de clients chaque semaine. Nous sommes donc un peu déçus de ne pas avoir pu passer une bonne soirée en famille (nous avons galéré à faire la cuisine), car nous avions payé un prix plus élevé pour nous garantir un bel endroit bien situé, mais nous avions beaucoup cherché et les logements sont chers à Milan. Il faut prévoir un restaurant en plus, c'est plus sûr!

Buen alojamiento y excelente anfitrión

Buena ubicación, el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Cómodo para 6 personas. El 2do baño, aunque sin ducha, sirve mucho, sobre todo para más de 4 personas. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Gioele muy amable y eficiente, solucionó el problema del microondas en menos de 1 hora. Le agradecemos su hospitalidad y preocupación.

El barrio de noche es un poco bullicioso y aparenta ser peligroso.

Ótimo Apartamento para sete pessoas.

Apartamento muito espaçoso, boas camas, tudo estava funcionando e a limpeza estava muito bem feita. A acomodação está toda reformada. Tudo muito organizado. Fica a 10 minutos do metro e em frente passa o trem. O anfitrião nos atendeu muito rápido quando precisamos falar com ele. Mas isso não prejudicou a estadia. Acomoda muito bem sete pessoas. Recomendo.

O único ponto de atenção foi que estávamos em sete pessoas e não tinham toalhas para todos.

Итальянский дворик, квартира с элементами истории, очень понравилась гостиная, много посуды, удобно расположение, быстро нашли. Хозяин быстро отвечал на вопросы и помогал.
