Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there were several issues that could be improved.
The apartment is located on the top floor, which offers some privacy, and the bed linens were clean upon arrival.
After entering, we noticed that the apartment had not been fully cleaned — the trash from previous guests was left in the bin, and there were used coffee cups and opened sachets on the table. We informed the host about this, but did not receive any reply regarding the cleanliness issue. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet during our stay. In addition, the elevator was very noisy, and the neighbors were quite loud, which affected our overall comfort.

Not recommended
Had so many problems during the stay. Rooms are cold, power tripping and waited 1,5 hrs for a technician to arrive. One technician came to fix the heaters and left the bathroom dirty.

perfect location, compact, clean, very comfy studio room but need ear plugs as can hear everything
Location is excellent - about 10 minutes walk to tram and trains - Studio was very clean, had a lovely shower, WiFi was good smart Tv was excellent as able to connect to my Netflix, Hairdryer, Kettle/ coffee machine, NEW Fridge, NEW microwave, Bed was very comfy and pillows too. Close to supermarket, bar for coffee on the corner and Key entry system, close to excellent restaurants
MINOR IMPROVEMENTS which I think should be there when renting the studio room. - a bath mat, washing liquid / sponge, bin bags, extra toilet paper, extra duvets in case needed as no way to control heating if too cold. - Not able to use the Table for eating or working as the top moves too much - Studio really needs soundproofing or need to advise that Ear plugs are essential as you can hear everything from lift to corridors, TV next door and neighbours who are very noisy etc - need Instructions to get into block and flat before arrival

Angolo cottura ben attrezzato e funzionale , bollitore e macchina del caffè elettrica, microonde. Non manca nulla .

Mi è piaciuto un po tutto, la posizione era ideale per ciò che erano i miei bisogni, era nuova con tutti i comfort, e poi cosa più importante l’accoglienza e la disponibilità di chi la gestisce e straordinaria. Ci ritornerò sicuramente !

Stor och rymlig lägenhet med bra badrum, ok sängar och perfekt inrett kök med både spis, ugn, kyl och frys. Lätt att checka in och få koden till rummet.
Doften! Luktade unket i lägenheten, tror det kom ifrån avloppen. Vet inte om det beror på att de inte används så ofta eller något. Men det hade nog behövt ses över.
