Central Milan Apartment - 10 min Duomo

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit sehr gutem Kontakt zum Vermieter, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden inklusive Klimaanlagen, sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe von Hauptbahnhof und METRO sowie diversen Busstationen.

O apartamento tem dois quartos mas apenas um banheiro. Dificultou um pouco, pois estávamos em dois casais.

(1)The heating system in the flat was very powerful, keeping the room warm and cozy. The Wi-Fi was also fast and stable throughout the stay. (2)Customer service was top. The flat administrator can be reached  per WhatsApp easily and quickly. （3）TV is great, integrated with Youtube, Netflix

(1) Dated Facilities: The apartment is quite old. For instance, the kitchen kickboards were loose and fell over easily. (2) Poor Soundproofing: The walls are very thin. We could hear every sound from the kitchen and bathroom, including a constant dripping from the toilet that couldn't be fixed, which made it hard to sleep. Street Noise: The bedroom facing the street is not well-insulated against traffic noise. (3) Cramped Shower & Inconsistent Hot Water: The shower is tiny (around 80cm x 80cm), which is quite tight for larger people. Also, the gas heater fluctuated between hot and cold water. (4) Small Inconvenience: The bathroom sink had no stopper, making it risky as items could easily fall down the drain.
