Central Milan Apartment - 10 min Duomo

Close to station Lovely apartment with a lovely balcony and garden area. Felt secure. Lovely clean beds and clean throughout.

Air conditioning was limited effectiveness and just felt the need for more fans in each room. Felt we needed a sink. plug or washing up bowl. as it was a bit tricky with dishes.

És un pis molt ampli, net i confortable. Està ben equipat. A més està molt ben situat prop de transport públic i prop de l'estació central de Milà.

(1)The heating system in the flat was very powerful, keeping the room warm and cozy. The Wi-Fi was also fast and stable throughout the stay. (2)Customer service was top. The flat administrator can be reached  per WhatsApp easily and quickly. （3）TV is great, integrated with Youtube, Netflix

(1) Dated Facilities: The apartment is quite old. For instance, the kitchen kickboards were loose and fell over easily. (2) Poor Soundproofing: The walls are very thin. We could hear every sound from the kitchen and bathroom, including a constant dripping from the toilet that couldn't be fixed, which made it hard to sleep. Street Noise: The bedroom facing the street is not well-insulated against traffic noise. (3) Cramped Shower & Inconsistent Hot Water: The shower is tiny (around 80cm x 80cm), which is quite tight for larger people. Also, the gas heater fluctuated between hot and cold water. (4) Small Inconvenience: The bathroom sink had no stopper, making it risky as items could easily fall down the drain.
