I travel at least 5x a year to Milan and this will be my place.
All brand new. Great quality: floors, kitchen, table, bed. Very comfortable. It’s a studio, but it feels ample and not constrained. The window gives great natural light. Bathroom and shower are great. It’s 2 blocks away from the new trendy neighborhood (Melzo).
The entrance to the building could do with a nicer door.

Perfect location, very clean and new
Everything is new, clean amd they even offer you coffee. I liked the kind owners being flexible with the checkin and checkout. The location is great since the tram station is in front of the building, that takes you right to the montenapoleone street
We could hear the tram, but only during the day

pagare forse per l’unica camera non ristrutturata dell’intero edificio lo stesso prezzo di quelle invece ben ristrutturate non lo ritengo giusto. Nonostante ciò ringrazio la signora Antonia per la sua ospitalità e per la sua gentilezza.

Gli appartamenti o meglio la stanza è davvero piccola. Eravamo in quattro e dopo aver aperto il divano letto non ci si muoveva più. Camminavamo sui letti.
