New apartment, everything very nice!
We forgot to empty the fridge, so the guy who recieved us came after us to give us our medicine back which was left, but he didn’t mention all the expensive cheese we had there as well!! We had to get back to get them, so that was weird.

Big apartment and very clean. Addition of Netflix is a nice touch. Kitchen is somewhat sparse.
Beds are uncomfortable and AC doesn’t work properly. The receptionist needs to learn some manners when asking for payment of tourist tax.

The apartment was spacious and in good condition. The whole building seems to have been renewed recently and consists of only apartments for rent. Location is OK - not great, but close to the metro station and some tram lines. There is a decent restaurant just on the corner and some nice breakfast places about 10 minute walk from there.
The coffee provided by the hosts was atrocious - this is Italy! ;) WiFi was spotty, I would suggest the hosts reconfigure the WiFi to be on one SSID in all apartments (with client isolation) to maximize availability. But these are first-world problems. There is really not much to complain about!

Good location, convenient to central train station. Apartment is new and has good security with a concierge that can answer questions.
No charm. Just a newly remodeled apartment furnished with basic Ikea white furniture. Not worth the price we paid. If this is a B&B there should be more for breakfast than just a Nespresso maker.
