This turned out to be a really bad experience for us, definitely Una Esperienze to forget. Started with issues with asking to be paid for the stay 3 days ahead of the stay. Although Hotels.com had a credit card as insurance, the hotel wanted to be paid in advance. I initially reacted to the WhatsApp message sending a link for payment as spam and had to talk numerous times to the hotel and to hotels.com to trust the payment link. Still unsure why they should be paranoid when there is a credit card secured by hotels.com. Still, this was not the worst thing. During our stay, the water stopped working in our room on the second night. We were asked to make-do with the situation until help arrived the next morning. It was fixed the next morning, but only to break again the same night. When I was finally upset with the situation, we were offered a different room. Until it was apparent that I was really annoyed, there was no thought to move us immediately About the apartment: the view is nice, the place is central, the staff were pleasant although didn't help or compensate us in any other way. That's about the positives. The apartments are fairly used with dirty walls, minimum furnitures, and absolutely zero service. You even have to buy toilet papers when the 4 rolls that they provide runs out. I will not classify the above as 'luxury'. Maybe it is a good deal for a family of 4-6 people who just want a large place, but this was definitely not a great experience as we hoped for.

Superb in all aspects, spacious, clean, quiet, close to Milano Centrale. Stayed for 2 nights and only negative we found was lack of some kitchen utensils when cooking dinner, like cutting-board, pasta ladle.

Apartment was excellent. Beautiful views from the 23rd floor, comfortable bed. Towels great. Not happy with the removed shower door or the lack of coffee pods. Made the coffee unit a frustration.

The hospitality of the personnel at the arrival desk was second to none during our stay. They were very friendly and helpful in helping us to obtain transportation and storing our luggage temporarily. We will definitely stay there if we return to Milan and recommend it highly for other travelers.

The apts were large and it was a very quiet building. The equipment eg kitchen facilities and equipment, washing machine, was excellent. The staff were responsive during working hours while there but not always easy to contact before arrival. But they helped to arranged a car company’s and driver who were excellent. The apt was a bit dirty/marked in places eg the shower and the main room walls and in one room the shower had someone else’s hair. But overall it was much better than a hotel. Also excellent views from the high floors.

The property is wonderful, and the location is absolutely perfect—just a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Station and the Metro. I loved the convenience and surroundings. The apartment itself was amazing, and the view from our 19th-floor unit was truly breathtaking. The only issue we encountered was a blocked bathroom sink. I reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed during our short two-night stay. Since everything else was excellent, I didn’t let it affect the overall experience. At checkout, I shared this feedback with reception, and they apologised, assuring me that the issue would be resolved and promising a better apartment for my next visit. Overall, I highly recommend this property without hesitation.

Great location, near train to travel around Italy and metro for city travel. Supermarket near apt building. Great for family and picky eaters whom may want to make their own food all utensils and pots needed to cook are readily available. Only wish they had a blender for juicing. But overall great hospitality and stay.

It was an excellent experience stating there. We were at 17th floor so the view from all the windows was amazing. The train station looked so mesmerizing in the night from our window.

The location was close to Airport and easy walk to main part of city. We had some great restaurent choices in close proximity to the Hotel also. The appartment was very clean and spacious great end to our multi country holiday. Look forward to visiting again.

Property was very well furnished, spacious and clean. Staff were helpful. I would expect more amenities to be made available to guests (basics like a kitchen cloth, sugar, oil, salt etc.). Also the coffee machines runs on capsules that are very difficult to find - should switch to a model that uses cupsules available from supermarkets.

Excellent Place for Families! I had a wonderful experience staying here! It's incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. The facilities are very clean, and the 24-hour security gave me peace of mind. Plus, the area feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommended! Feel free to adjust any part as you see fit!

American Tourist: this apartment had 180 degree views of the city and was in great walking distance to restaurants, grocery and the train station! It was modern, VERY clean and comfortable. We plan to visit Milan again soon and will book to stay here again!

Perfect! vVery good expirience! You may consider some esencials as salt, peper mini as regular sachet coffe as our machine did not work properly and waste 3 capsul. Also same laundry sachets will be great! Extra charges if you want are: 10 per towels per person/ change linens 10 per bed/total cleaning 55 per one cleaning! If you wnat to pay other wise is a washing machine!

Beautiful property. Great location. But the apartment was 26-28 degrees Celsius the entire stay even with AC on. It was terrible sleeping in the heat. We told the front desk they didn’t do anything.
