Апартаменты хорошие, удобные в превосходном месте. Дом в котором находятся новый или после реконструкции, приятный внутренний двор. Есть необходимая посуда, техника. Неплохое белье. До основных достопримечательностей 10-15 мин пешей прогулки, вдоль парка. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Скорей всего мы бы остановились бы еще раз.

Не понравилась история с заселением. Я несколько раз обозначила время приезда это было 10 вечера. Мы приехали по адресу, ровно в 10. Нас никто не встретил. Написав сообщение, что мы находимся по адресу, нам ответили что будут через 30 мин. но по факту мы ожидали почти час. Через 15 мин после начала ожидания, нам пришло сообщение с кодом для входа в холл, но долгим методом проб и ошибок оказалось, что цифры и буквы при наборе кода нужно нажимать одновременно. В общем мин через 40 мы всё же попали в холл, где смогли дождаться администратора, который отдал ключи от апартаментов. Все это время, а это уже ближе к 11 вечера мы находились на улице ( я и двое детей), что неприятно и небезопасно. Если не было возможности встретить можно было прислать заблаговременно код от входной двери с инструкцией как войти, чтобы мы ночью в течение часа не стояли просто на улице. Кроме того, очень плохой интернет. из трех дней, в течение дня вообще отсутствовало соединение, в остальные дня соединение крайне не стабильное. Если нужно работать, то не думаю что это было бы возможно. На мой вопрос администратору, мне просто прислали второй раз пароль от Wi Fi. Наверное у кого то нет понимания, что наличие Wi Fi не всегда обуславливает наличие интернет связи. Стиральная машина не работала ( можно было сообщить об этом, хотя бы табличкой), а то загрузив вещи для стирки, мы их вытащили в том же виде только мокрыми. Резюме: апартаменты хорошие свежие, но администрирование могло быть лучше.

I recently stayed at the G2 Building apartment and had a very positive experience overall. The check-in process was straightforward, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions provided before arrival. Upon entering, the apartment was clean and well-presented, and it was clear that it had been prepared to a good standard. One of the standout features of the apartment was the quality of the furnishings and décor. Everything was finished to a high modern standard, giving the apartment a fresh, contemporary feel. You could also tell that the building complex itself is relatively new, with well-maintained communal areas and a modern overall appearance. The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, vacuum cleaner, kettle, coffee machine with pods, kitchen hob, oven, cutlery, towels, hair dryers, and TVs. These amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The sleeping arrangements are excellent for families or groups. There are two double bedrooms, each comfortably accommodating two adults, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can comfortably sleep another two adults. The apartment also benefits from two bathrooms, which is particularly convenient when travelling with a larger group. The larger bedroom includes its own TV, and both the bedroom and living room TVs are modern smart TVs that support streaming services, allowing guests to log in to their own accounts and enjoy their favourite content. The apartment also features a balcony, which is a lovely addition and provides some useful outdoor space. However, it would be even better if there were some outdoor furniture available, such as chairs or a small table, allowing guests to sit outside and make the most of it.

In terms of location, it was reasonable but not perfect. The apartment is approximately a 5–10 minute walk from Chinatown, which is great if you enjoy Asian cuisine, as there are plenty of food options nearby. However, if that isn’t your preference, you may find yourself regularly travelling into the city centre or surrounding areas to access a wider variety of restaurants and attractions. For those relying on taxis, Uber journeys between the apartment and the city centre typically cost between €15 and €25 each way during our stay, which is worth factoring into your travel budget. The main downside of our stay was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it appeared to be stuck at 26°C, which made the apartment uncomfortable during our visit as outside temperatures were exceeding 32°C. I made Nestor, the owner, aware of the issue and he arranged for a technician to attend while we were out. Unfortunately, the problem could not be resolved during our stay. That said, Nestor was responsive and acknowledged the inconvenience by providing a €50 discount, which was appreciated. Another area that could be improved is the provision of bins. There was only one bin in the kitchen, and none in the bedrooms or bathrooms. For an apartment designed to accommodate up to six guests, additional bins would be beneficial, particularly in the bathrooms. We found spare bin liners and ended up using those as makeshift bins in the other rooms.

The apartment faces south, and both bedrooms have brand new bathrooms. The apartment is quiet (overlooking an interior courtyard), and has a capacity of 5 people, although we preferred to have two teenagers sleep on the sofa bed, as the second bedroom is small for two people.

We had two issues: the air conditioning temperature isn't adjustable (it fluctuates between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius), and the washing machine still doesn't work (I noted these two negative points already mentioned in reviews from a month ago). And most importantly, we received no response or contact from the owner when we tried to get in touch. As others have also pointed out, a little more equipment would be welcome: bins in the bathrooms, a second bedside table at the head of the bed.
