I will rather pay a bit more next time where there are lifts if the apartment is high up.

The location was really great.

The Stairs. about 100 stairs to the Apartment. There were no decent cups to have coffee . We went and bought cups. This place is good for a young couple with little luggage. The husband was very accomodating and helpful. There was a washing machine but a person will need to be on your knees to use it. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. Good security as well.

Great location, quirky use of a small space that we loved, great decoration on the walls, great views from window, lovely AC, lots of cleaning products to keep room fresh, access to a great shower room, tiring but beneficial work out climbing up all the stairs!! Helpful owners with good instructions on how to locate keys, and how to use them to gain access to the flat/facilities.

No instructions on how to use any of the facilities eg, advertising stated access to tea and coffee facilities, however, both the teapot and coffee maker were metal - not ideal to put in a microwave/grill !! Teapot was too tall, anyway. Double bed implies 2 guests, but only crockery for one person - made eating in, eh breakfast, difficult. Despite agreeing to leave at a later time than originally planned (thank you), cleaner showed up with next guests, 25 mins early, knocking on door and asking us to use shower quickly before leaving. They then all stood outside room making us feel very uncomfortable and led us to a rushed departure that resulted in a loss of keys! This was not in keeping with the friendliness and helpfulness of owners.

Good location, microwave, fridge, kettle etc.

Had to keep the shower head up with a hairbobble, the air con wasn’t great and it took us 2 hours to get into it on the first day !

Love the area, love the food & sites. Love Italy once again!

It was only the language barrier that was the issue. Luckily we had a couple of young ladies next to us that could translate for us. We got the keys thanks to them & all was ok?

Location was good. The area is nice with bars, small and big shops, a park, not far from the main touristic places.

The room was dirty and smelly, the towels and sheets were also smelly and old. I was chocked that even the dish towels and sponges were old and smelly. Nothing worked properly, the kettle was old and dirty. I was disappointed of this place and I don t recommend it at all even though the location is nice.

Location was great close to the metro and many restaurants and shops, fully equipped property, good for a couple not for a family.

Bedding need attention, pillows not comfy, linen was very clean but looks worn and needs replacing.

L'emplacement.

Le 5eme étages pas précisé. La coupure d'électricité toute une nuit, le propriétaire nous a précisé l'électricité défaillante. L'état de l'appartement est très décevant ( traces d'humidité, peinture qui s écaille, odeur d'humidité, prise électrique qui sort du mur, luminaire tout rouillé, Scotch sur le plan de travail, porte d'entrée qui se fermé mal)

les volets du grand appartement ne marchaient pas, l'aération était donc difficile

Chambre bien située et bon marché.

La chambre est bien située à Milan à 2 pas du métro. La salle de bain, qui est sur le palier, est récente et bien faite. Il y a un WC et un lavabo dans la chambre, avec une porte 😁 Dans la chambre il y a un tout petit frigo, un micro ondes et une bouilloire très pratique pour le petit déjeuner.

La chambre est vraiment petite, mais on le savait. Le canapé lit était cassé, il devait donc rester en lit. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la table puisque le lit prend toute la place. Il manquait aussi une latte au lit, si bien qu'il y avait un creux.
