La Galleria Prestige suite - 2 min from the Duomo

Todo. Fue una estadía maravillosa. Cerca de todo. El departamento impecable. Todo nuevo. Muy bien pensado para disfrutarlo. Hay que seguir las.instrucciones y saber que esta en una galería. Al llegar es todo felicidad. 2 televisores planos y grandes donde ver las apps. La ducha hermosa. La vista increíble y tiene persianas eléctricas que oscurecen bien el cuarto para descansar en la oscuridad. La cama perfecta.

Geräumiges, komplett ausgestattetes und nett eingerichtetes Apartment in absoluter Top-Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Nur wenige Schritte bis zur Piazza Duomo. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We arrived at 10pm and all the external doors were locked. I phoned 3 different numbers provided by the hosts, but no answered or returned the calls. We waited. 45 mins for a resident to enter 1 of the 2 external gates and another 15 mins for a resident to go through the second external door. It was only when we reached the apartment that were we able to get all the keys to enter the building and unit from a lockbox. No one called the next day to see if we arrived okay. It was only on day 2 that we were contacted. The hosts had been aware of our late arrival and also aware that the external gates and doors are locked at 9pm. This shows a total lack of consideration towards guests. The air conditioning did not cool below 26 degrees and the unit was like a furnace. Also there was no material for recommendations, guides, eateries etc anywhere in the unit or emailed to us. The bathroom didn’t have any hooks or rails for towels and the water drained very slowly in shower and vanity. The unit was clean but had cooking smells of onion and garlic which we couldn’t get rid of. In conclusion, we were very unhappy with our 3 day stay. The only positive was the excellent location.

Air con not cooling. Lack of consideration towards guests that arrive late. We were lucky not to spend the night on the street. Poor availability and hospitality of hosts. Lack of info given about area, eateries etc.
