The location was great, the apartment was spacious and gave you lots of room. The best thing was the service, the employees were very reachable on whatsapp and they were very responsive. I'd give them a 10/10 alone.
Our AC units weren't working. When you're visiting under severe red weather warnings and your AC unit isn't working it can be unbearable to sleep and be in the apartment. One unit just wasn't working at all and the other 2 were just blowing air. They were able to fix one of the units and we didn't have time to notify them about the remaining two. But they were helpful and able to provide other solutions. I'm giving a decent rating because the service was great and they were helpful whenever we messaged.

Localização é excelente. As camas são confortáveis. O sofá cama é confortável.
A única observação é que o ar-condicionado do quarto principal poderia resfriar um pouco mais, mas nada que prejudique a hospedagem.

The apartment was bigger than expected and the location was really nice. Outside of the city center but walkable for most parts. I like how it was near a metro station and a 10min walk to a tram station. The neighborhood was really nice, lots of cute restos, cafes, boutique stores, wine bars, and even a park.
Host was responsive and proactive as well.
The apartment was not as clean. It also seemed nicer / newer based from the photos than in real life. It was a bit old and had a smell. The bathroom was so smelly, and even though the host had the cleaner come to do extra cleaning, there was still a unpleasant smell. Shower area was also too small and not so clean..
Amenities and furnitures are old and not well-maintained.
