Appartamenti Fiorenti - Milan Navigli Ringhiera house

Location was good. Close to transport links and restaurants. The apartment was clean, there is a lift if you need it and there are lots of local restaurants to choose from. We made use of the small balcony before heading out for dinner which was nice and overall it was a good place to use as a base.

There were a few small things that could be improved to make guests feel more welcome. The code to enter the property ground floor door didn't work but luckily someone else let us in and after that access was fine. Bed coverings were only sheets which weren't warm enough for October so we used the duvets provided but the main bedroom one didn't have a duvet cover. There was no hand soap provided, one tap on the bathroom didn't work and the shower temp was variable. We had to fill in a form before we arrived to provide passport info which is a legal requirement but seemed more arduous than other similar processes we've gone through and due to the pre- holiday contact being very formal we did at one point worry about sharing our info.

Het appartement ligt vlak bij de Navigli kanaaltjes. Een heerlijke plaats om 's avonds rond te kuieren tussen de kleine winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Om in 20 minuutjes richting centrum te wandelen, loop je door een aangename winkelstraat. Het appartement is basic, maar heel praktisch, proper en de bedden zijn super! De hosts reageren heel snel op onze berichten.

Was een probleem met de boiler warm water om te douchen duurde lang en straal weinig kracht, maar werd nog gerepareerd

Great location easy to get too many good restaurants in the area.

The host was very forward looking explaining the water pressure functioning still I missed a real good shower
