Spotless apartment in the heart of Navigli nightlife, easy access to great restaurants and bars.

The apartment was ideally located at the start of the Naviglio where there are several super nice restaurants and bars, perfect for aperitivo and dinner, and also a good spot for breakfast. The apartment itself was spotless, everything had been cleaned and ordered impeccably, so we felt right at home and happy to relax and enjoy our stay. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows. I would highly recommend staying in this area, especially if you enjoy nightlife and walking distance access to good restaurants and bars. The apartment also had a small balcony with chairs and small table: unfortunately it was raining when we stayed but I could imagine sitting there sipping a coffee in the morning (or spritz in the evening :)) enjoying some relaxing people watching along the canal. Highly recommend!

Comfy stay in a central location.

The beds were extremely comfortable, check in was simple. Lovely scent to the apartment. Everything was great. Great location if you need to be within Navigli.

It’s slightly smaller than I was expecting, that being said we were only there for 2 nights so all was fine.

Fine but not amazing.

Bright, clean, updated. The location was convenient to good shops and transit.

This was advertised on booking, including on our confirmation, as a 1 bedroom, but we ended up with a pretty small studio. Upon looking further into the pictures posted on this listing, it appears they advertise multiple different apartments on the same listing. Additionally, even though we faced a courtyard, we still heard noise from the bars late into the night, so be advised. There was also a foul smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Lastly, on our last night there, someone who knew the code to the lockbox (which is right beside the door to the apartment) had come by and entered the code. I know this since I definitely spun the numbers after I took the keys on our first day to random numbers (as I always do, and I leave them unaligned), and saw that when we had returned in the evening on our last day the numbers were back to the exact code to open the lockbox. Fortunately we had the only set of keys with us and nothing was missing from the apartment, but it still was an alarming experience.

Great 3 night stay.

Location is great in the Naviglio area. Room and bathroom are large. Cold water provided in fridge. Shampoo, soap, and iron provided. Very clean. Nice high ceiling.

It is dark and needs more light fixtures or top down bottom up shades for natural light and privacy. A full length mirror would be helpful. Light in bathroom didn’t work- hard to put on make-up. We didn’t realize you can open the closed door to get to the locked door of apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Alzaia Naviglio Grande! The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly situated for enjoying Milan. The location is unbeatable—right on the Navigli with plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby, while still being quiet and relaxing inside. Although I didn’t meet the host in person, their communication was excellent and everything was perfectly arranged for a smooth and easy stay. It really made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Milan—highly recommend!

Bang in the heart of Navigli. Very easy access to metro and trams. Beautiful and comfortable room for 5 people.

Getting luggage up with big suitcase is a challenge from the road. But can’t complain as it’s middle of the cafes and bars.

Fabulous stay, amazing find for our first time visiting Milan

We had a fantastic stay at Navigli. The location of this property is perfect. Right next to the canal start of Navigli, you step out on to the pedestrian street which has plenty of options for restaurants on the side where the apartments are, and across the street is the more livelier bars which are open until late. Would need to note that although it is very central, there is very limited noise from the street as the front apartment windows are sound proofed. The family apartment in particularly very quiet as it is at the back and looks onto the courtyard. You wouldn't realise you are at the heart of such a vibrant area. Check in was really straightforward with easy instructions. The host was fantastic 5* with great communication when needed (we asked for restaurant recommendations and he really delivered with some great ones which was really appreciated as it was our first time in Milan) The apartments themselves were spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would expect in a self-catered apartment- Tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, towels etc

If you are in a canal side apartment then there is noise early in the morning from the binmen. However, this is to be expected. I would also note that the area is extremely clean. So this is actually appreciated- so more of a positive than negative to us but something to be noted if you want a long lie.

Beautiful convenient apartment with lovely views

Property was very conveniently located in a lovely section of Milan and the location was perfect for restaurants and shopping. Trains were easily accessible. The view of the river was beautiful. The apartment itself was clean and convenient and offered all of the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The host provided clear directions on how to access the apartment. Safety was never a concern due to the gated entrance.

The area can get a little loud at night because it gets quite busy so if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the best place for you. People were openly drinking in the streets and getting a bit obnoxious, but that wasn't the host's fault.

Nice apartment along the canal , lots of bars cafes etc, a vibrant area. Apartment is well appointed. There are stairs to get to apartment.

We stayed 2 nights, Sunday night was very noisy, from the restaurant at the front of the building. They were closed on Monday night thankfully

The Appartement is amazing, even better than imagined. It is equipped with all necessities, very clean and welcoming. The location as absolutely awsome, right @ Navigli where a lot of bars and restaurants can be found. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the canal. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Self check-in with internet - it worked fine & hosts available if needed. Nice decoration and spacious.

First of all, I did not clearly see which place I was booking when I did book. Photos are misleading. I got a smaller place than expected - disappointing. The place is extremely noisy, it gives onto a courtyard used by other guests and residents thus you hear people rolling suitcases on the cobbled path in and out at ungodly hours, people walking loudly throughout the night, the restaurant downstairs emptying its trash and bottles at 7 am, etc etc. I hardly slept!

We loved staying at this apartment, everything was clean and good order. The apartment had everything you need for a short and/or long stay, we wish we could stay longer. The room and all other areas of the apartment were very spacious and comfortable. The system handled to open the front gate and collect the keys of the apartment is very easy to use, no major issue following all the steps. The host was very attentive and open to any questions. The apartment is very well located, is just in front of the Naviglio canal and there are plenty options of restaurants to have a good dinner and have some drinks. I would definitely stay here again in future visits to Milan.

The lock box made check-in and check-out a breeze. Just outside of the apartments there are dozens of restaurants and bars. I was worried it would be too noisy to sleep, but I didn't hear anything.
