The location was very good and convenient for my stay in Milan. It had everything I needed and was a good choice for my visit.
There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like. Overall, it suited my needs well.

The location is good and plenty of coffee pods are provided. There is a washing machine. Everything was clean.
There were no sheets for the sofa bed and when I asked for them I was told that would be an additional charge of €20/night. They said if you book for 2 people you're expected to sleep in the queen bed together, but this is absolutely not stipulated on booking.com- the listing shows a queen bed and a sofa bed so my assumption was that both of those are available to sleep on, not that you'd have to pay more for sheets to use one of them. They should only list a queen bed for that price if that's all you get for that price. The lamp next to the sofa does not work. It is not possible to adjust the temperature on the thermostat.
