Housed in a typical building of Old Milan, it stands out for its particular style, classic furnishings and paintings that create a warm and suggestive atmosphere. The spaces are well distributed and ideal for couples or small groups; the presence of internal stairs contributes to the character of the accommodation but makes it not suitable for everyone.
The house has a bedroom with air conditioning and TV, a cozy living room with a sofa bed for an additional guest (total capacity 4 people), a functional kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a glazed ceiling that provides natural light. The apartment is completed by two large terraces: one furnished with tables and deckchairs and one left vacant.
Fast wifi, heating and independent access through a smart door are available. The washing machine is not internal but is located in the common laundry room in the courtyard; the doors with security system provide greater peace of mind.
